Service and communication was top notch!
We have had a few bugs to work out on Solitude, but service dept. is working to resolve.
on multiple occasions, repairs have been ignored or unfound, additional damage has been done by your staff addressing repairs with a refusal to cover the repairs for the damage caused by the maintenance/repair staff—the constant need to contact about repair status to find no work was done over 2 weeks until we call and ask for updates. No paperwork was submitted, no parts were ordered, and no work was done.
When we purchased your sales department and our sales rep was a 10 out of 10. your service department is below any acceptable standard.
Everything went great after we got to your best price like I told sales that I needed and was ready to purchase that day I was there.

Always very polite and ready to help. When we were having trouble with a manufacture, the service manager and one of the owners went out of their way to rectify the situation. We were very happy with the end results.

Would be nice if someone actually responded to emails and text messages after we purchased our camper and never received keys for our camper and had an issue with our slide. Would have been nice to have had the camper have no issues the day we picked it up.
We email our salesman on 8/6/24 and never received a response. Texted our salesman on 8/15/24 and never received a response.
This has been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had.

Outstanding service! Everyone is super informative and knowledgeable. Joshua made the purchase experience very pleasant and enjoyable. Easy and smooth transaction as well as quick pick up. Thanks to Brandon we got to know our new boat without reading the manual! He’s got a superb knowledge of the boat parts and operating procedures as well as friendly approach.

Discrepancy for charge of propane filling was resolved to my advantage. I didn’t mind paying a fair price for 5 gallons. Hot water tank was left empty after flushing for forever warranty. Happy I noticed prior to using. Staff was friendly but prior years service seemed more professionally performed.
I bought a used boat 2019 tracker when I picked it up no tie downs no spare tire grease fittings weren't touch. Cover leaks like crazy. So I take it out for the first time drove across lake and lost power used troll motor to get back to launch. I'm dropping it off tomorrow and I expect it to be taken care of I want it done by Fri night pick up not to much to ask for.
I bought a toyhauler from Alpin Haus in 2019. I have had excellent service ever since.
I have stored my trailer there every winter and I feel their prices for winterization and storage are very fair. When I had a recall, it was very easy. They requested a picture of the part to be sure it met the recall and then set up an appointment and it was taken care of right away.
I am very happy with Alpin Haus.
Very pleased and surprised how fast, efficient, thorough, knowledgeable they all were. Ray in sale was super responsive about each question we had via phone and online form their Internet posting for a camper we have been searching for quite a while. Chris walked us through the inspection and instructions on the workings of our new to us camper. Then Alex was very good knowing the procedure for temporary plates and signing of all the sale documents. We traveled 3 hours to buy our camper only seeing pictures and the words of Ray. We would definitely buy again and tell our friends to look into Alpin Haus RV in Oak ridge, New Jersey. Thank you all involved!!
I have been going to you guys for the last few years have never had a complaint. Had my RV worked on in the past two months am disagreeing with a bill that I was charged have been up there several times to talk to Matthew and Amanda in the past week. I have called many times nobody answers. Nobody returns any of my text and very dissatisfied at this point with the service that at least I could get a phone call back with an explanation

Bought three different RV’s from Alpin Haus. I was assured that registering our new vehicle was a simple process and it turned into a stressful nightmare.
My first experience at Alpin Haus RV of Orange County was a very pleasant one. Grace and the service crews was very knowledge & helpful, the Service Dept. was quick to get the service done.

I am a new Rv guy and a good friend recommended Alpin Haus. Everyone has been outstanding. Especially my service rep Amanda. I had some issueswith the awning on my newly aquired camper van from a private seller. She earnined the title of my Awining "Angel". You know when you are dealing with good, knowlrdgable people. That is Alpin Haus!
