Loved that Mike was not pushy and asked me what I wanted and what I did not want, so he did not waste my time or his showing me things that i did not want. I would recommend Mike to everyone. Keith was right on point in the finance dept. and Ed was great showing us everything on the camper.
Steve Quill salesperson went out of his way to accommodate us very knowledgeable and efficient. All staff including service, finance and front end work together as one to provide a painless and easy purchase
Competent and professional
We were able to make an appointment right away. They worked on our trailer when they said they would. Communication was excellent along the way. All of these things should happen but unfortunately don’t at other RV dealers.
When you make an appointment and I'm told they were going to inspect it. I get there and told to drop the camper and 2 days later they finally look at it. If I was just dropping it, I could have did so later in the day. As I work nights getting up early to be there at 7:45am was very unnecessary
I was very pleased with the new location. The staff was eager to assist me with my search for a travel trailer. My two children were gifted Teddy bears from the welcome desk which I thought was a nice touch. Asa was a great salesman who made the whole process of trading in my trailer, and getting me and my family into a brand new unit super easy. I have already started spreading the word “Go to Alpin Haus, and see Asa”
The Yamaha Service Department and Brian Barnes are excellent. Recently gave extra effort to solve a perpexing issue with our boat and got us back on the water!
Long list brought it in for a list of problems brand new camper . My credit card gets charged I had to find out through a statement . No phone call about it it was there for roof seal problems and I got charged for the sealant after being told it was warranted .
Then my keys were lost and got told the tech is off and we would have to find out on Monday . Got told we don’t usually take keys meanwhile when I dropped it off at the port jervis location I gave you guys the keys .
And when brought the camper around the battery was stone dead . And it’s a brand new camper used once before I discovered all the problems !!! Not happy at all !!!

I recently stopped in to store my RV for the year and the entire staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. I felt completely welcomed and even though I have no prior history with dealing with them, I know they will take good care of my RV in storage.. It's just a feeling that I had when I arrived there..AND I live on Long Island so my camper is far away from me. Thank you for being so wonderful!

Very friendly and efficient staff! We were on the road, 1000s of miles from home, and they got us in and out quickly repairing our AC leak. We will consider Alpine Haus inventory when we are ready for our next rig.

And Follow through your Motto is everything works when it leaves well. My camper did not. There were too many small things not addressed.
For the amount of money I spent, I expect a little more. Service. I am still waiting on part. And I have not been informed of any progress on the parts or upcoming installation.

Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable. The service advisor kept me informed throughout the repair process. The final invoice was exactly as what was quoted. The showroom was clean and welcoming.
I purchased my travel trailer from them a few years ago and I’m still happy with all aspects of their business model.
The mechanic did a great job too. So many times you have to fix what was fixed. Not at Alpin Haus. Awesome people.

Response was very quick. Appointment made to meet our schedule. Technicians were very knowledgeable. Fixed the problem and wrote a good report on what they did and what they found.

Working with Steve Frania has been fantastic. We knew what we needed when when beginning our search, and Steve took-in everything before discussing specific models. There was no pressure to look at anything that didn't fit our needs.
I have purchased a Spa, Boats, Snowmobiles and other products from Alpin Haus. The Sales & Service has always been Top Notch!
There was a very small breakdown in communication regarding things that needed to be repaired because the information found itself split over 3 sales team members. However, this was offset by the staff member who showed us around the rig being so incredibly thorough.

Driving from Michigan on our way to Maine with 5th wheel in tow we experienced a major mechanical failure. A broken leaf spring bracket. Rick, aka off-season Santa, as well as Jennifer and other impressive staff went out of their way on a Friday to improvise and fix the problem. Even though they were super busy and booked out over a week, the team bent over backwards to help us get back on the road safely! And not at “emergency” pricing but at a reasonable cost. Thank you for your outstanding service!
Alpin Haus in Amsterdam is always a pleasure to work with. We have been happy customers since 2017 when we brought our Tiffin motor home to them for service and maintenance until we sold it a few years later. With our positive experience with them, we confidently purchased our next RV from Alpin Haus Amsterdam. From our salesman, Don T., receptionists, service representatives and technicians, we will continue doing business with them as long as we camp. We live closer to the new store in Middletown as well as other dealerships, but Alpin Haus Amsterdam will still be our place to go.
As busy as it was at Alpin Haus that day, we are incredibly thankful to Theresa for doing all she could to help us get our trailer into the shop for service immediately with our latest problem. She kept us updated on everything that was happening as we waited in the comfortable sales department lounge. It was Ryan, the technician that found the exact cause of the serious problem and fixed it within a few hours. It was such a relief to know that we could now enjoy the rest of the camping season.
