Sales team (Brandon and team) was very knowledgable, not pushy, and went out of there way to understand our needs. Service and training team also excellent. Chris was excellent getting us comfortable as a first time RV owner.
Very nice RV they sold me
The whole team was great, our salesperson (Adam), financing (Matt), GM, and the technician who gave our walk through of the new unit. Was all very professional and they had everything ready for a quick closing and on-time delivery. We will miss our Tiffin that we bought from you a few years ago but looking forward to driving and parking the new Class C which is quite a bit smaller but very well designed.
Service Dept. is top notch.
Our salesman was great (Lyndsay). The financial mgr concerned me. While having a $3500 cc deposit, cash and a certified bank check- we were told “we don’t own the merchandise” until the check clears? It’s certified funds. Was also told at the appt with financial mgr. we owed $4k more??? He never accounted for the $3500.00 cc deposit. Where did he get over $4k?? I personally own and operate 3 businesses, successfully for over 25 years. I would never treat my patrons like that, when it was a seamless, no loan, paid in full transaction. This is only issue I had with Alphin Haus.
Great staff.
They have a big assortment of parts and accessories and if they dont have it they can order it. The people who work there are friendly and no pressure. They addressed all my concerns answered all my questions. All in all it was a good buying experience.

Storage and informative and accommodating.
When inground pool was opened air was pumping into the pool. When turning the pump off and then back on it lost its prime every time. Called service who came and replaced pump which was under warranty. The problem persisted and service was called again. Was told “noise” heard was normal with new pumps. The problem was not “noise”. Problem still persisted until after third call to service someone finally fixed it. Your communication with customers also is lacking.
Very professional employees, explaining everything they're doing
I have recommended you to many of the people interested in a good camper business. Many have taken my advice and purchased there. I am also happy with all the work I have had done over the years.
The service work was done very well. The technicians restored the unit to "as good as new".
While there were some communications issues with the service advisor, I think that there will be no future issues.

We have used your pool services for 14 years. You have installed two pools and open and close them efficiently. Your staff are knowledgeable and attentive. We are especially impressed with Jim and his crews.

Answer the phone. We came in for our forever warranty and was told we had major problems with the roof and slides leaking. When we had it done a year ago and everything passed it would have been helpful if they would have recommended we seal the roof since we’ve had the class c for a couple of years. This is all new to us so a suggestion would have been helpful. I know this isn’t your fault but we feel you should have recommended the service be complete. We are having it sealed but not happy.
When I began my RV search, I had a general idea of what I wanted and went to several RV dealerships. The moment I walked in, Don (salesman), greeted me and my cousin and really listened to what I wanted. He then walked us around and pointed out my requests and helped me test drive one of the RVs. Don was incredibly encouraging and was a calm presence as I’ve never driven an RV. Not once did I feel pressured to purchase anything. In fact, Don recommended that I shop around and if I have any questions, that I could contact him. Don did do this and, again, I never felt pressured to purchase through him. I felt that he genuinely cared that I found the perfect RV, even if it wasn’t through him. I didn’t find an RV that met all my expectations and he emailed me a listing of a 2025 Forester RV that was being built and would come in about a month. This RV had everything I was looking for!! We negotiated a good price and I had begun waiting. Don was incredibly helpful throughout, texting and calling me when he received updates from the manufacturer (I give him a lot of credit because I know I wasn’t the most patient person as I was incredibly excited for my new RV!!).
RV day: Don linked me with Jim, the financial specialist who was also incredibly helpful and was able to get me a wonderful loan with a low APR! I was introduced to John, who was incredibly nice and his excitement about the RV flowed off him! John walked me around and showed me where everything was, how to operate things, tips and tricks etc. I wrote a lot of things down in my phones notes app, video recorded certain tasks, and took pictures and labeled things as he was talking. John, like Don, was incredibly patient with me. Before I left, Don came in to check in on me, see how I was doing, and sent me off. He said to contact him if question and concerns come up and he’d like an update when I take it out. Of course I did have a few questions days later and he texted me answering all of them.
If you’re in the market for an RV, I HIGHLY recommend DON. Thank you Don, John, Jim and Alpin Haus for making my dream come true!!!
