Getting all the parts together as I kept adding more. Lyndsay you're a busy Man. He would get back to me weather it be a phone call or email. If he didn't know he would find out. I only got to sit with Ron for a little while. This guy is like a Swiss army knife. Organized & has all the tools he needs at his fingertips. The Amsterdam Alpin Haus has an amazing team, from sales to service. We are seasoned campers having had multiple travel campers but Alpin Haus team was informative helpful and followed thru w any problems or concerns.
We had our camper delivered to our current site by Alpin Haus. The delivery/set up man did an excellent job parking it and setting it up despite the fact it was an extremely difficult spot Also, we had a few repairs needed after set up and the repairs were done timely and accurately.
Again we were extremely pleased with the entire team and will do business with them in the future and give a good word!

Very pleased with the service department. My trailer was at Alpin Haus for warranty repair to replace leaf springs. It took about 5 weeks to get warranty approval and to receive the parts. Throughout this time Alpin Haus Service Advisor (Anthony) called me regularly to keep me advised of the status. I am impressed with his customer service. Once the parts were received, the repairs were made in one day.
The associates in the service department are awesome. They have taken great care of my RV.
The store has a great selection of RV & camping supplies.

I had my annual RV inspection for the Forever Warranty which was included when I purchased the unit from Alpin Haus 5 years ago, Service was completed on time and everyone that I talked with were very nice.
Products are very good quality and service to my pool and hot tub are always prompt.
