After you did the recall work on my Solitude you called for me to pick it up and it was out in the field. When I went to get it the main harness wire was cut from when they parked it there. Your tractor wouldn't start so I had to toe it over to the shop so they could replace the wire.
This is the second time I had repair work done only to find out there was more damage to my trailer. Last time they fixed an electrical connection in the main control box. Unfotunatly they used a Hammer screw gun to put the screws back in and striped them out.
I need two of the slides adjusted they leave a very light scratch mark on the floor. also one of the window latches broke I do have the replacement latch for it. If you would like to make it up to me you could do that for me at no cost.
Service Department I have found to be great......Rich did a great job on showing us how everything worked in the trailer.

You are not the well tuned dealership that I have dealt with in the past. This was my 3rd purchase from this site. I was told things were done that I have now seen weren't, like wheel bearings. Sales person supposedly retiring in the middle of my purchase and me finding out in a very suspicious way. I realize I purchased a used unit but I never expected buyer beware from you.
I will highly consider looking elsewhere for my next purchase and this experience will overshadow my comments to family and friends.

we really enjoyed the team - sales to service were all good people. They listened, they were knowledgeable, were accommodating and followed through.
What I would love to see is a hotline to answer basic questions on my specific unit - I feel like after the sale, my follow up questions are a bother and I should just go to YouTube for the answers. Not saying they didn't answer, but I wasn't sure who to ask (sales or service). Thinking the manufacture can play a role here to support the dealer post sale.
Also, a minor point but an annoying one, they have 1 cell number for a group of people. Not cool. I never know who I'm chatting with. That was a big miss from my perspective.

Everyone is friendly and respectful
Fist i was never told what size ball i needed. So I had to buy a whole new receiver. Plus the mechanic messed up the receiver i had. Then I had to purchase the equipment needed for boating law. Plus the whole sale was just standard. Then I was given a pamflit that was to be cost of winterizing fees, but when I looked at it. It was just about detailing. It all seemed that it was all about a sale.
All in I was nt impressed.
Rich V was great to work with and the Wellis Swim Spa is by far amazing. The delivery was smooth and everything was great. Thank you for a great experience.
Repair work was done timely and correctly. RV wash could have been better having left streaks and some areas not totally cleaned. For the money I could have done better myself.

The service was efficient, on time and excellent. We were greeted by friendly staff when we arrived who walked us down to the service dept to check in. The service advisor checked us in, then walked us down to the customer lounge where we enjoyed coffee and other refreshments. When service was complete, I received a call from a very friendly and cordial Theresa Pingitore. The best part of my visit was not only the people and quality of service, but the fact that I had to reschedule my service three times due to a family health situation. The service schedulers were very accommodating and rescheduled the service to match my situation and convenience. This is very appreciated and indicative of an organization focused on the customer. Alpin Haus will be our service vendor for our Tiffin and will be the one I will go to when we are ready to buy our next Tiffin motorhome. Two thumbs up to an excellent visit!

Service department personnel very knowledgeable and provides efficient and effective service. Alpin Haus installed my pool 30+ years ago and accomplishes all openings, closings and repairs.

I was so excited to be able to get our camper in the next day for our patio doors to be installed. However, was very disappointed in the fact that I was quoted one price and during those hours I was quoted barely anything was done, and they wanted more money!! I was told it didn’t come with directions and that is what was taking so long meanwhile in the box was the directions so their service department is a rip off and their service techs really aren’t experienced enough to look in a box for direction. What they said was going to take 2 hours was now going to take them way longer and wanted more $$. So happy we came picked up the camper and installed our own doors in and hour! This place is a joke!! All they want is $$$.
Oh yeah I forgot to mention I ordered these doors from them ordered everything I needed the guy said yes this is everything a few weeks later I get a call oh we missed a part on your work order and it’s going to be Additional $$. Really I asked multiple times if this was everything I needed the first time around and you said yes! Irritating and annoying!

Very professional, friendly, and competent sales and service staff! While traveling hundreds of miles from home, our fifth-wheel suffered a catastrophic failure. Mary, in service, offered to let us tow it to their service center and get us in as soon as that afternoon!
I contacted sales to see our options, and Don was super helpful with the little things, like getting the tow company to expedite our service and get our trailer off the street. Once there, he met us at the door and had a model we had asked about ready for touring. A wealth of knowledge, Don was able to answer all of our questions and, despite the store hours coming to a close, stayed beyond to get a deal done. We traded our 12-year-old for a brand new Reflection 324MBS!
The following day, Jim in the finance office stayed in touch with us, asked for the documents he needed, and was able to have the deal ready to be signed the following morning. The family could tour the Baseball Hall of Fame and the town of Cooperstown while the team at Alpin Haus diligently worked to complete the delivery the next morning at open.
John in Service gave us a comprehensive walkthrough and demonstrated the proper use of all systems. He answered our questions and helped prepare us to roll, which we did that afternoon after moving from the old trailer to the new one.
In a considerable stress-filled couple of days, the team at Alpin Haus did a magnificent job rescuing our vacation. We had already cancelled the remainder of our trip and planned to limp home after a few repairs. Instead, we could re-book and keep the vacation going in an upgraded RV! Saved the summer from disaster.

They were able to repair the winch on the trailer instead of replacing it. This saved me money and time had I needed to wait for a new winch to arrive. The staff was courteous.
