The service department is efficient, knowledgeable and very accommodating. Both Ed and Brian were helpful and kept me informed of my Yamaha boat repair. The service technician did an outstanding job getting my boat running like new. Kudos to all of them. Despite a significant distance from my home, I would buy a boat again from them.

Purchased a 2025 Grand Design travel trailer. I couldn't tow it as it was too heavy for my truck. We needed on-site service for a leak from rainwater. Kris L. was the service tech that was sent out. He was very professional and took his time to triage where the water was getting in from. He took his time and discovered the cause of the leak. Without any manual to go by, he knew exactly how to fix the problem.
That was two weeks ago and despite having many heavy rainstorms since, no more leak.

Salesman Steve Quill and others worked with us to purchase a Reflection trailer. There were serious flaws with the one we originally purchased, which we (not Alpin Haus) caught during our walkthough, so we were given a $2k discount on the replacement - which was not what we really wanted - but we purchased, nonetheless. What left a really bad taste in our mouths was that, not only would we have had to accept a steep $22k reduction (after tax, title, and fees) from price we paid (we had added slide toppers and fan and MaxAir vents, etc.) for trading our brand new trailer two weeks after purchase (although we expected to pay a price), but we were also told that we would have to pay $79.9k+ for the CONDO trailer which also has serious flaws while the public is being quoted $71.9k for the same model. Granted it must have been as difficult for Alpin Haus as it was for us to deal with all this, but that really got to us.
The installation of our new pool liner was poor and many wrinkles were left. That same day we called and voiced our concerns and when the installer came back he was not very nice and insisted that there were no issues and it would fix itself in a day or so. We waited over a week and there was no improvement and then the liner began falling away from the sides. When the repair was attempted, the side of the liner got burned and left a large hole. The agreed to replace the liner at no cost, but it turned out that they did not carry that liner any longer. We’ve had two in-ground pools installed by Alpin Haus with no issues and were very happy. However, this experience has been difficult at best. I can’t in good conscience recommend Alpin Haus for an installation.

Steven David was a pleasure to work with. He listened to what we were looking for and immediately called us when he found it. Steven answered all our questions and even stayed late to meet with us. Overall, we had a very positive experience.

All staff members demonstrated exceptional professionalism, friendliness, and knowledge. However, the primary concern was the prolonged wait times experienced between each stage of the purchasing process. It often felt as though there were significant delays while waiting for staff to verify sales prices, check stock availability, or attend to financing discussions.

Good communication from staff on service issues
The service department was almost impossible to get a hold of. Multiple times I was told I would a call right back, and never received a call. Once we got the call that the service was completed we were told it was too late to pick up our camper. All in all, the communication was terrible.
They did great work on our pool. I highly recommend them.

Their service department was very helpful dealing with my camper manufacturer and getting my repairs covered . They are very professional and knowledgeable.
