Very easy to get Service appointments and I've typically talked with Jennifer, who by the way is absolutely great, both on the phone and then on location and able to describe what needs to be done and she completely understands. RV is serviced and done when promised. Great RV dealership !!!

Exceptional Staff, sales representative Dave Neid was FANTASTIC to deal with. Dave went above and beyond for us. Couldn't have expected a better experience. Keith Todd in finance also was FANTASTIC to deal with. Don't know what Alpin Haus RV of Orange County is paying these two Exceptional individuals, but I do know from first hand experience, that you don't want to lose them. All the other employees encountered at Alpin Haus upon entering the facility were also very pleasant and welcoming. We initially drove the 450 round trip miles because of a specific 5th wheel we were interested in. Upon completion of this sale, would gladly drive 450 miles one way to deal with Alpin Haus of Orange County.

Rick did the walk-thru of our new Chaparral and was very detailed and professional. He answered all of our questions with thoughtful responses and even some humor mixed in. We also met Andy the shop foreman who was pleasant and gave us some great tips on our new Chaparral. The whole Alpin Haus team was great! Great communication
Mike P. Did a super fantastic job to the both of us in getting us the perfect started travel trailer. We got the Catalina 134bhx travel trailer and it tows behind the SUV very nicely and the prep team did a fantastic job getting the hitch fitment and wiring to fit the vehicle too!
