prompt and professional
Large selection and very helpful staff .
Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and knew the product they were selling. Dan the person who did the walk thru was helpful in telling us how to use the trailer to keep it safe and running great. It was the second time we purchased a trailer from Alpin Haus so we were familiar with Keith and he had everything organized.
I had to have the towing baseplate reinstalled after front body work. Alpin Haus was the nearest RV service location. I reached out to them and they were able to get me in quickly. Work performed was excellent (by a level 4 RV Tech). Hourly rate was a bit more than I was used to but Insurance covered it. Great folks to work with. I took way to long to post this review (3 months) but I was on the road and waited until I arrived back home.
We arrived at about 2PM and they couldn't get us into a bay until morning. They showed us where to park the RV so we could sleep overnight. Phenomenal!

I like the service but I feel like I always need to call and move things along .

We love our camper, but we especially like how we are treated by the service department. They are friendly, kind, and very knowledgeable.
1. Not knowledgeable on new units
2. Making warranty issues, the customer’s issue.
3. Not “there”, after the sale.
4. Not able to answer or ignore questions/concerns.
5. Telling us - there is no issue for months, then saying - hey, out of the blue they issued a recall ! Yeah, right. 🖕🏿
6. Shall I go on or do you get the point ? They don’t care about the customer.

The service department was very helpful in making arrangements for the storage of my pontoon for the winter. They got me in the day i called and the process was straightforward and effortless. When I mentioned that I may be looking to trade in for another used boat, i was taken to the sales team who took their time understanding my needs and recommending a used boat in my price range. Staff were knowledgeable and didn't pressure me into a sale.

I have used Alpin Haus for the 17 years that I've owned my house and have had a pool. I've learned from them each year on how to manage it better. I visit them regularly to test the pool water and get instruction and materials for ensuring the water is safe for swimming. The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you for the service you provide!

Theresa in the service department provided exceptional support in ordering the part needed, setting up appointment and following up on both. She kept us up to date along the whole process.
On our third service visit our floor was damaged by the tech. Everything had been great until this happened. Could have totally been prevented with some cardboard or something similar. Its something that can’t be fixed! Sent pictures as I realized the damage after we were home and really would have expected a response

You guys keep my RV going. RV's are complicated to maintain because of the variety of parts that go into them. Any individual RV sold by an RV manufacturer is actually a conglomerate of pieces from multiple producers. One manufacturer makes the stove, another the heater, another the AC, another the awning, another the suspension and so on. Alpin Haus has the challenge of making them all work properly in your RV and based on fact that all systems are up and running as intended is a great testament of Alpin Haus to integrate multiple vendors as is required in the RV industry.
