Keeps the client posted on all and especially tricky repairs, takes advantage of all warranty opportunities and works with the shops for tight turnaround times to facilitate client upcoming travel. We purchased a new Montana out of state that needed warranty work, the service center at Amsterdam Alpin Haus went above and beyond to make the repairs right. Their communication was excellent through the whole process dealing with Keystone. I especially would like to thank Rich (manager), Jennifer and Kaleigh for their help and guidance.

The service is prompt and friendly. The products that they have available are great quality. They address things that must be addressed and are transparent about their process. My wife and I have been very happy with our experience this far and don't anticipate any different. There's a reason why Alpin Haus has been around as long as it has.
