The rating of 10 is for Theresa in the customer service department. Not in other areas that we have had concerns within the past. Teresa, since she has become our service, advisor has gone above and beyond to keep us informed. We have a catastrophic problem with our five year old rv, and she is understanding and doing all she can to assist us with this huge problem. It started many years ago, so we are very appreciative of what her efforts are at this point.

I got a 23 Thor Scope 18M. Ive had several problems in the last two years of owning my camper and Alpin Haus of Oak Ridge has been there to help me out. My last visit concerns about a propane leak and was fixed by alpin haus and covered under warranty. They also did the yearly check up for this coming sesaon. I recommend them especially Jonathan who is very helpful, kind and professional to me.

Service on our brand new cougar was fast and the staff and technicians were excellent. We only used our 2025 camper 2 times and had problems with it.

Wow!! What an outstanding experience. Going through the sales cycle with Mike Pritchard was effortless. He wasn't pushy and listened to our needs and matched the proper unit. Even after the sale was completed, he followed up during the demo period to see if we needed anything. He is definitely an asset to the Alpin Haus Team. Working with James Bearcroft to finance the unit was perfect. He explained all financial aspects of this transaction with ease. We never felt pressured, and all our question were answered with precision. The finance portion was effortless. John Driessen demoed the unit. He went over all aspects of our new Solitude and was very attentive to our questions. John stayed with us during the entire process and engaged the service engineer when certain items needed attention. John also is making all arrangements with the service department regarding any outstanding items.

Overall - very good.
I would ask that the communications be a little more forth-coming, especially with respect to diagnostic fees and then service related costs. So the customer fully understands what we are paying for.
Lastly - when I initially called - I called the phone # on your website listed as service and I believe it went to the parts dept. So I am not sure the details there are correct.
