They cut the wires to my awning lights and can't get a answer on what there going to do.

We drove 3 hrs for a service appt and one of the repairs could not be done because the wrong part had been sent. It would have been really helpful for the parts to be checked before our appt.
Josh and Ricky made purchasing our first, new pontoon boat such an easy and pleasant experience. They are both so patient and helpful! Also LJ was amazing with the delivery and launch and stayed with us until the boat was running and ready to go.

Would have liked to have had my sink replaced, due to it happened during the winter because of the cold. Was told it was damaged. How would I damage it doing dishes. Hopefully this ac that you put in last more than 1 summer, camper is 2 years old and has had ac replaced twice.
They took our Travel Trailer right into the shop on a Friday afternoon to try to get us back on the road as quickly as possible. I appreciate the thoroughness of trying to diagnose the problem and making necessary repairs. Will definitely be bringing our Coachman Catalina back to take advantage of Alpin Haus' service offerings.

Straight forward sales, no high pressure sales, family business atmosphere!
We were there on a Monday to look at the camper and do the paper work. We came back on a Thursday to pick it up. We were suppose to do the walk through, so they can show us how it all worked. Well the 1st time the technician walked into the camper was with us. He had to figure it all out infront of us. They had no idea how the couch went together, which resulted in a big hole in the vinyl flooring. We were so upset. The head salesman was completely rude, he had an.....oh well attitude. He said they gave us a good deal and we were not getting anything else. What it comes down to is they were completely unprepared and that is devastating when you are spending that kind of money. We walked away because of the sales manager. Would never buy anything there. They dont deserve your money.
It's impossible to get through on the phone. You are instructed to leave a message but no one calls you back. I went to the service department in person in order to get attention. The following day, a technician came and diagnosed the problem. I need a replacement part. It's been 4 days now and no word on my part. I have left more messages to no avail. I will be going again in person tomorrow to try and get some service.

Sales staff are very friendly. They listened to our preferences and showed us models that met them. There was no pressure. They were very laid back and easy going.

I was so impressed with the service department. The service team and technicians went above and beyond my expectations by. If I ever decide to upgrade my camper again I would love to deal Alpin Haus.
I brought my 2020 Georgetown for a propane leak. Rusty in service got me for repairs within a 1/2 hour. They located the leak and temporarily fixed it. Within 2 hours I was on my way home. I also had them walk the roof and they inspected and seal anything the need seal. Thank you Rusty and the technician who helped me out with a quick and thorough job. I highly recommend Alpin Haus for anything. Every staff member I came across were very friendly. That means a lot to me.

I like the way Alpin Haus can service all the needs of keeping the 2022 Ford Forester 2151LE Class C RV I purchased from Alpin Haus, on the road. The friendliness of the employees is a big plus.

We love Alpin Haus! They have been servicing our RV's for 8 years. Everyone is so helpful and nice. Our new service rep Theresa is amazing. It is so nice when you are doing something that is stressful and sometimes upsetting to not to leave in a state of aggravation because of unhappy employees.
Jonathan is the guy we dealt with to have some basic repairs and to install and additional AC in the back. He got us in and out when he said he would. Was incredibly transparent about pricing and services. Glad we bought our camper here and very happy with follow up service from here. Highly recommend
