I've always been satisfied with both sales and service at Alpin Haus. We are now on our second tow-behind camper and years ago we bought a pop-up camper from them. They've always been a great place to do business.
We are very happy with the service we received from our advisor, Randy R. Knowing that we live in our fifth wheel full time, with our cat, he went out of his way to make sure all out warranty parts would be in stock in time for our appointment.
This was my first time using Alpin Haus. The service team members were fantastic to deal with in getting the work scheduled and when I arrived the day of service. The mechanic was a very nice gentleman and completed the work perfectly. I am very pleased with Alpin Haus and will use them as our go to RV shop going forward.

There was a problem delivering the trailer to our campsite. The first time there was no truck available for 2 hours or more. We arrived a little after one and did not get to our site to around 5. Otherwise, we are very happy with the service and the people working there.

We are soooo…excited about our Jayco264BHSLX purchase! The price was just right for our budget. This model has every feature to make our trip feel like home for us, my niece and nephew! It’s a perfect first time travel trailer for the novice! Our Sales Rep, Tom, listen to our needs and was very patient and understanding. As a first time buyer, of a Travel Trailer, he made our experience so enjoyable and put no pressure on us like how other businesses would! Chris, technician who performed the work on my camper on 08/18/22 was professional, informative and complete. He took the time to explain what was wrong, how he was going to repair the issue and some hints on preventative maintenance.

Alpin Haus in Amsterdam has proven to us to be a business we can trust. Our repair was handles in a timely fashion and everything was done as we had been told. The staff there is incredibly helpful and friendly.
