Very well informed, made me feel comfortable that he did a good job. Would recommend to any one wanting to know what they are buying.
We were disappointed that we were not informed that the driveway, roof and deck would not be inspected if they had snow on them. We would have preferred to schedule on a different day, or we would have removed the snow ourself on the driveway and deck if we had been notified of this before the inspection. No one explained this to us and then we get a full priced report telling us these items were not included in the inspection. We were then asked to pay an additional $50.00 to go back and check the roof. Other than that everything looked good. We just recommend explaining the above to the buyer before the inspection.
It was thorough and easy to understand. There was also an ease of booking the appointment.
They were extremely thorough, they saw minor details that we haven’t even noticed before they sent the inspection file. I would 100% recommend them to everybody!

The inspector was on time, professional, thorough and courteous. Both the pre and the post EnerGuide evaluations were done with no issues. I had my related documents within a few days and all my phone calls were returned and questions answered. The cost for the inspections was certainly reasonable. Well done. Jeff did a walkthrough of the home and answered all my questions with no problem. Thanks to his inspection my water heater was able to get replaced prior moving into my new home.

Inspector was very easy to work with and helpful. But the cost of the post-rent audit was much too high for what was involved. He only needed to be here for 15 min.
Hi, we completed your audit journey with professionalism. The 15 minutes may seem quick however if you only completed minimal upgrades the follow-up can be quick. Regardless, there are numerous steps we complete prior to, during, and after the visits which does justify our fees. Don't forget you recieve back $600.00 in fees from the rebates.
