Though I was not present for the inspection, the final inspection report was very thorough and professional. Also, opted for radon testing even though the previous owner had installed a radon mitigation system. Very pleased with the local Amerispec company.

Great communication highly recommend
The communication through email is responsive. One thing that we disliked is the communication between the office and the inspector. We informed our agent that my father would be present and the documentation that the inspector received stated that there wasn’t going to be anyone present. Regardless, showing up 50 minutes late to the appointment from a previous home inspection that was time consuming. Although it was not the inspectors fault, he took responsibility. Was very thorough, polite and made the experience excellent. Keith is an honorable person to have in your company and made this score a 10.
