The rep was professional, informative and walked us through the process and next steps. We were able to get an appointment in a timely manner and the report was completer on time.
Chris was very thorough taking us through the ins and outs of our new home so that we knew how to operate items like the sump pump and water softener. He was quick to send the thorough report which listed all the items requiring attention and how concerning they were so we knew how to prioritize.
