The initial home energy audit was excellent. However arranging the post retrofit energy audit was very challenging. It’s important that you figure out the most efficient way to follow-up with clients.

Absolutely outstanding home inspector (Matt) and the team that made it so easy to work with (Brittney) – I can’t recommend them enough!
From the scheduling and payment process to the moment I arrived, their professionalism and courtesy were apparent. Matt took the time to explain everything in clear, easy-to-understand terms without ever talking down to me or rushing through the inspection. His knowledge is truly encyclopedic – no question stumped him, and he patiently walked me through every concern, big or small.
What impressed me most was his obvious wealth of experience. He spotted issues I would have never noticed and gave practical advice on priorities and solutions, and even pointed out the many things the home we are looking at was doing right. The detailed report came the same day, loaded with photos, summaries, and severity ratings. Brittney worked the schedule and it was very seamless.

the guys were very professional and checked out everything in detail and in the end explained clearly what the issues were and differentiated between major and minor issues. Also answered any questions we had as they were inspecting the house
Overall, I am satisfied with the inspector; however, I would have preferred a more detailed assessment. A few items in the home were overlooked, such as the ceiling fans, damaged window screens, and other minor issues and there was some uncertainty regarding certain existing amenities, including the heated floors. When I inquired about the HVAC filter location, he was unable to provide an answer. The inspection also felt a bit rushed at times.
However, the well and septic inspection was conducted very thoroughly, and I am fully satisfied with that portion of the assessment.
