The professional knowledge. The time afforded to me to make sure I understood everything that was being done.

Most inspectors are very professional. You ask for the Seller Disclosure prior to inspection. No other company does that. I have once or twice had other company do inspection per client request...they don't compare.

Amerispec is great. They are a great resource for who to call to set up utilities, services for your new home. Don't automatically refer people to ADT, or put new customers in contact with ADT right away. It is annoying to sit through the ADT sales pitch and they are pushy.

Reg arranged our audit very quickly with Justin. Justin provided feedback while he took measurements for the audit. Report was very thorough.
