Your concern about the following comments: " We were disappointed that we were not informed that the driveway, roof and deck would not be inspected if they had snow on them. We would have preferred to schedule on a different day, or we would have removed the snow ourself on the driveway and deck if we had been notified of this before the inspection. No one explained this to us and then we get a full priced report telling us these items were not included in the inspection. We were then asked to pay an additional $50.00 to go back and check the roof. Other than that everything looked good. We just recommend explaining the above to the buyer before the inspection. "
