The Inspector, was so thorough, experienced knowledgeable. He systematically went through the whole house inside and out, speaking to us about what he was doing and finding. My husband and we learned a lot. The report is so valuable as well. Best home inspection I have ever had . Highly recommend.

Ivo was an excellent thorough inspector.
Since this was an energy audit inspection, I was surprised that the inspector didn’t bring his own ladder to go up the attic and instead he asked for mine. Unfortunately, I didn’t have a long ladder and he couldn’t see much. I was happy that I had asked the people who performed the insulation to take before and after pictures for me that I could provide.
The same issue happen during the first energy audit inspection.
For the price we pay, and as it is part of the work to go to the attic, the inspector should have what it takes to climb the attic.
That was really disappointing.

I'm a qualified journeyman electrician with a pretty vast array of experience in maintenance, including a large hospital campus, large manufacturing facilities, and some home construction: Your representative showed a solid, no nonsense, no guesswork approach that literally saved me from making an immense real estate mistake because of knowledge that I didn't have. For instance, he took the time to climb onto a perfectly fine - looking shingled roof and found improperly installed shingles in a valley that have been leaking for years. He pointed out serious plumbing issues needing rework and heaving cement floors that I'd have missed for lmy ack of knowledge.
He saved me thousands of dollars in repairs I hadn't budgeted for, and I was able to walk away from a house that I was ready to purchase.

En plus d’être très sympathique, monsieur Bibeau rédige des rapports d’inspection clairs, précis et concis. Nous avons apprécié qu’il ne se limite pas aux faits soulevés et qu’il prenne le temps d’émettre ses opinions à titre de professionnel (ex « c’est inacceptable »; « réparation artisanale », etc.
Grâce à lui, nous nous sommes retirés de ladite vente. Monsieur Bibeau nous a permis de ne pas effectuer un mauvais achat au coût de 750 000$ ce qui est une somme considérable.
Merci monsieur Bibeau. A la prochaine car nous ferons assurément affaire avec vous lorsque nous aurons à nouveau trouvé une propriété intéressante.
