I enjoyed how Mr. Furry gave me a time frame on when to repair or replace the major items in the house. Plus, knowing local tradesmen that I could contact to get the work done.
Honest, thorough, willing to follow up with clear discussions. (I did back out of the house due to all the termite damage and estimated repairs. Foundation said when they'd repair the wood underneath, the stucco above would likely fall apart---and I can only imagine what the walls inside look like. Attic repairs were going to be extensive as well. )

Professionally completed on time with a detailed accounting of each area required. A follow-up presentation on site to review the entire inspection was completed with full explanations and visual aids. This was later recapped electronically the same day.
The scope of the pre-offer inspection made decisions much easier to plan.
