The inspector was quick, efficient and knowledgeable. They showed up when they were supposed to (actually rescheduled to a sooner date, which was great), and did the work they needed to do.

Highly professional and prompt service

On first visit they walked through my house with their boots on covered with wet grass. When we noticed they stated they need to wear their steel toed boots. I asked them to put booties on and they said they were not issued them. Finally they called someone and when they went back in the house took their boots off. Existing home not a construction site.

The energy evaluator was very knowledgeable and shared information and ideas for upgrades and grants. Was also very personable.

The inspector was very thorough. Every part of the house (indoor and outdoor) was checked and commented on. The report provided was very detailed and included potential solutions where applicable. The issues were pointed out to me in person as I accompanied the inspector. Issues were also classified in terms of importance (cosmetic, need to be fixed in a couple years, or urgent, etc.). The service was extremely helpful in understanding the current state of the house.
