Promptness, no fuss

I called for an appointment for estimate on heat pumps,and never heard back..I also asked for someone to call me to explain my assessement that was taken of my home,after receiving an e-mail that I didn't quite understand..
They will go above and beyond with their services. Great knowledgeable and dedicated staff, that is easy to work with.

He did a very thorough job inspecting our new home and pointed out important issues while explaining everything clearly and calmly. Great service from Steve, personable, friendly and knowledgeable
As I have twice reported, our original inspection was inaccurate due to an incomplete inspection with fabricated elements. Secondly the incorrect assessment of windows meant we were not eligible for grants for window replacements on our east side. Basically these were competence issues with our original inspector. And thirdly, after reporting the fabricated element on the initial inspection (twice) no one contacted us to make it right.
Our wind-up inspection was excellent and the inspector was both efficient and informative.
I would hesitate to make an overall favourable recommendation.

Friendly, knowledgeable and great communication
Clay was the home inspector provided to me from AmeriSpec, he was friendly, thorough and very knowledgeable. Me being a first time homebuyer with little knowledge with the whole process he showed me and was able to explain any defects and what could potentially be a problem in the future if not taken care of.
It’s been 2 weeks and I have yet to receive my report. The last time I had the report done I got it back in a week. I also made it clear that I’m traveling at the end of the month and the company that’s going to install my heat pumps is waiting on the report to get started. I also left a voicemail explaining this and I got no response.
Inspector was very thorough and informative.
