Sean did an excellent job in all aspects of the Home Inspection. He was very thorough during the inspection and explained his findings to the home buyers in an understandable manner. And importantly, he presented the findings in a manner that did not alarm the home buyers.

Thorough
I had to have an inspector go out 3 separate times to inspect the crawl space and after finally inspecting the crawlspace, only received 4 pictures. The inspector clearly did not go into the entire crawlspace area. Now I am paying the price because the HVAC duct work is completely unattached...he would have seen that and alerted me had he gone into the crawl space

We recently had Cory from AmeriSpec of Winnipeg complete a home inspection for us, and we were very impressed with the entire experience.
Cory arrived right on time and was extremely professional and knowledgeable throughout the inspection. He took the time to thoroughly examine the home from top to bottom and provided a very detailed report that was easy to understand and clearly organized. The inspection covered everything from the roof and exterior to plumbing, electrical, heating, and ventilation systems, which gave us confidence that nothing important was overlooked. 
What stood out the most was how clearly he identified both major items and routine maintenance considerations, along with practical recommendations on what should be addressed and when. It was obvious that he knows his trade well and genuinely cares about helping clients make informed decisions.

The inspector, Reg Deck, was very knowledgeable, efficient, personable and took the time to answer any questions, but did not waste any time. As I was not from the area, he also offered advise that was very helpful.
I would definitely recommend him for any inspections.
