She helped us feel like we were going into our home purchase with eyes wide open, and was clearly very knowledgeable of the real estate market, construction, and city codes. The written report she delivered was extremely easy to follow, with clear notation and structure. I highly recommend Colleen!
It's been more than 4 weeks since inspection was done and still didn't get report yet. You should consider your current customer first and complete their report before getting new clients. I've been sending emails, text and calling on phone number but no reply, at least reply on those emails. I got email 2 weeks ago that my report should come last week but didn't receive it, not recommend to any one, no professionalism.
