Clean courtesy fast
This has been extremely annoying, I called a month ago to cancel, I emailed last month, then I got a reminder that a guy was coming to do the inspection, I emailed again to cancel that. Then on Sat I got a call he was at MY house! I had to text him to let him know this whole process. Then an invoice!!!! What is going on? I will be leaving a review for sure. One mistake is fine, but on-going communication issues. Not professional.

Great services.
We loved that our inspector walked us through the house and explained everything he marked on the inspection list. He also gave helpful pointers and resources for how to maintain our home to the best of our abilities. He didn't rush us or make us feel dumb, it overall was very helpful and positive.
