Confident and easy to work with.
Inspection was done in a timely manner. The report was detailed and concise. All information was explained in person very clearly.
Improvement on sewer scope: slower speed of line feed without water would have made easier to see video results; thought there would have been scope from cleanout to street as well. Also seemed like there should have been more to a service that cost so much extra.
There was some verbal comments after inspection on roof joist but did not see any mention of it in the report.. but maybe this was intentional. Overall inspection report was throughall without a lot of much fluff.
Reg is an incredibly knowledgeable and personable inspector. He takes the time to explain all aspects of a properly functioning home.

It was very easy to sign the documents and get through the process.

This was not my first experience with Amerispec so I was familiar with the process. The inspector was timely, communicated well and took time to answer questions. He explained all his findings and provided the written report the same day. The report was easy to follow with detailed pictures which is extremely helpful. I would recommend Amerispec and would utilize the services again.

service was professional, friendly, on time, really nothing negative about it at all.
So pleased with the services and personal care Josh took while inspecting our new home. I'm several hundred miles from OR still and buying site unseen, He was very thorough explaining what needed to be done for safety purposes as well following up with clean pictures and going over the inspection on the phone with me. The office staff was as pleasant and helpful.
