Rob was very knowledgeable! He walked my client through the entire inspection and answered any questions that we had. Great experience!
Even for a walk-and-talk inspection is good if the inspector to show up with some gadgets. The inspector only had a flash light. The client rightfully noted that there were no instruments to test the air coming out of vents and testing any humidity or water moisture behind the walls.
Most buyer today come from other home purchase experiences and they already know more about home inspections than before.

I REALLY NEED TO TALK TO THE INSPECTOR FEOM Friday. Please have him call me asap.
He said he saw no carbon monoxide detectors but he didn’t mention that and the seller says not correct. Also, he listed a vent on the water heater to be a hazard that needs immediate attention and he also didn’t mention that.
Assessment results well explained and solutions suggested. Felt confident in my purchase and what I need to do to maintain and upgrade the home moving forward.
