The team was extremely knowledgeable about the process, what they would be taking care of and what was my responsibility. Linto and Stephen were very helpful and responsive.

Justin Spak was thorough and informative. Answered lots of questions and pointed out areas where I could continue to make improvements around our old (200 years...) house.
I had a great experience with the inspector who came to check my house. He was very friendly and polite, and he answered all my questions patiently. He was also clean and tidy, and he professionally did his job. I was impressed by his work and his attitude.

Technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. Liked the fact that my appointment was booked for March but we were able to get it done sooner due to a cancellation. My only complaint is that the appointment was booked for 11 am which was confirmed via email, but when the technician was a hour late- I called and was told my appointment was actually at 12 noon. This was not correct. If you need to change the time of an appointment, please let the client know.
