Rick was very professional, very thorough and very knowledgeable. We were on a tight timeline, and he made it happen. We would use his services again.
I liked the inspector. He was very pleasant and very informative. He was also very thorough. He accepted with good grace having to do all his work in a crawl space---probably the first technician of any kind who has worked there who didn't seem to mind!

The report was comprehensive with descriptions of problems and photographs to corroborate the issues. Is very much appreciate the thoroughness of the agent conducting the inspection. I will use this report when doing my walk throughs!

When I called about the panel not getting inspected, I called and they said no problem, we can get someone out at no charge. They came next day and helped us get our report submitted to the buyer In a timely manner.
