Very happy with the service

My request went in over a year ago and if it wasn’t for my persistence in always following up I would have never received a caregiver. Your number 1 issue is your staff turnover and not adequately handing over the work properly. I love my caregiver but not happy about the office staff support

It's not that the person us not fast or efficient. But it's that she is too fast. Going threw my clothes nd dishes that are suppose to be washed and she is doing a half job on them it would seem.

Reena and staff worked very hard to find a suitable fit for us and found Ranjeet who is a joy to have around the house. I had wondered from the start what would happen if one of your suggestons didn't work out. Well, the first one went back to school, the second was unsuitable and the third one, Ranjeet is perfect for us. It is through the work of all of you that we now have someone totally suitable for us. I have been very pleased with Nurse Next Door. The staff have always been friendly and accommodating. I look forward to Nurse Next Door providing care in the future for my children.

Also, Nurse Next Door helped me and my husband through a tough time when his grandma developed dementia. Nurse Next Door enabled grandma to stay home longer and put our mind at ease. They did an excellent job of warming meals and cleaning her apartment.

My nurse is great, kind, professional and very personable. Always on time and I can tell she genuinely cares about the progress of my injury.

Have very good regular caregivers and are very thankful for them , however, when needing someone to fill in for a time while one was away, we had very unreliable service and untrustworthy people. Very bad experience in that regard.

We have had some issues with our service providers in the past, I think we are on number 4 or 5 , the last two ladies have been great. We are happy with the care we are receiving currently, so I'm glad we stuck with it. A few months ago i was all set to change to a different service provider after a not great experience.

Having only been with you for a 2 weeks, I am impressed with the ease and flexibility, that has been shown up to now!

Very efficient in the initial appointment. Like the follow up with Kenzie. Would recommend to our friends and family. CRegivers are nice people on time and my mom was happy.

The companion provided to us is very qualified with education but experience. Our needs were listened to and a perfect match selected for my mother. The scheduler (Arnie) spent extra time out of her evening to set up a first meeting with the potential companion in a short period of time.

So far all the caregivers that came to our home are all so kind. My children loves them. It says a lot when I see my kids hugging and cuddling with the caregiver. It means that they have goodness in them and that's very important especially when a special needs child is involved. Thank you!

They were fine. A couple of no shows because of communication errors

Communications needs some improvement and would like some feedback on caregivers. My reason because I'd like to know who they are sending to my home.

Ella and Tayler are dependable, and have been great with Grandma.

The attention to detail in booking the home care, the follow up emails, and the periodic check ins show the level of care. Chatty (Cathy) has been an amazing gift for me during my healing and her commitment to my care is second to none.
