Huge lack of communication and correspondence. But when finally in contact easy to work with.
Some questionable caregivers sent but removed without issue.

Lately we have been having problems with the availability and them showing up for their time with my mom.

Care is excellent but not all caregivers are equally professional- last caregiver refused to leave/clock out when we arrived home 1 hr early. Then, had no ride so although we arrived home before midnight, we had to sit with her until 1amforvher scheduled time to conclude; and then another 1.5 hours until her cab arrived. Home by midnight but didn't make it to bed until 3am as she didn't leave until after 230am. First poor experience and until now caregivers have been outstanding.

Providers have been very good. My issue is with communication; I have requested services more than once where I was not notified of anyone coming, so therefore wasn't able to firm up plans till right before the day, after making calls or emails to find out if care was arranged.

Bad experience with a caregiver and No one give me any updates regarding that matter. It is my right to know how does the agency deal with my complain.

We have a difficult patient to deal with I would recommend anyone that has the patience

Absolutely amazing service!

Scheduling challenges - even after I had communicated, by phone, what my needs were. The fact that the workers are unable to transport clients in their vehicles prohibits respite being out of the home. Certainly not ideal in my situation.

Easy of organizing services

Doris was very professional and made my husband very comfortable from the first moment she was here. She was friendly, caring, respectful and prompt. Rena who came for the assessment was also very good. It was nice to be able to book Doris for added time without any difficulty or paper work. This was a difficult time for both my husband and myself and certainly your help made a difference for both of us.

Nurse next Door was always available by phone 24/7 and our satisfaction with client-caregiver match of the utmost importance.

I have had a hard time finding someone capable of being my dad's companion in the past. And I feel that Nurse Next Door has accomplished giving him that care. He seems to like the companions also.

Caretakers seem to be well trained for the most part & when I call NND, they are willing to listen.

I was disappointed to find out that the staff doesn't drive the elderly to appointments/errands if needed.

At the beginning the caregiver from your company didn't have the client information. Had to wait until the following visit.

There hadn't been anyone who followed up yet personally to ensure our needs were met.

There are a lot of reasons too many to list some are good and some not as good

My mother is happy with the care givers. Scheduling conflicts are always be resolved.

All of the caregivers my parents have had are exceptionally caring people. We are very grateful for them.

I am pleased with the performance of some workers and not others. Not many are available on the weekends.

NND follows up quickly on service requests.

No lengthy wait lists, friendly staff, professional, reliable, nice caregivers, excellent communication and desire to presonalise their care and work around rhe client's circumstances.

We've had as some horrible inappropriate caregivers and currently have wonderful ones. I just find the organization unorganized and the turn over is so high it makes me question why. I felt like I would ask questions with last care designer and never get an answer back.
