My mom's helper Alice was amazing. Everytime I came to visit they were laughing and having fun. My mom sad they made a cake together, prayed,cooked and above all had fun together.

The booking person, Reena was very helpful and explained everything thoroughly. Made my sister and I very confident that my mother was going to be well taken care of.

Scheduling and quality of care

Hard to contact anyone regaurding caregiver plan. Trying to get caregivers to follow routine is next to impossible. The good news is ever so often you get a worker who goes works above and beyond. Still need routine to be followed.

Appreciate the service you are providing for Dad, he seems quite happy. The one thing that is a concern is switching care providers a little too often. Michelle has been ill we are very sorry for her, and in her stead there have been a few other substitutes... not the end of the world but a caution definitely.

COST!

Excellent service and friendly, compassionate, reliable care providers, but even that does not justify the amount charged for a health care aid. We expected the needed care to be short term, but it appears we will need it for a longer period of time. We are looking at alternate agencies simply because we cannot afford to pay the amount we are for much longer.

AND still no bill statement.

We have two wonderful caregivers, Elena and Jaspreet. They are the constant in my parent's life and truly care about them.

Staffing issues, lost paperwork. inconsistent billing, always out of the office when i call the local number to book. When i call the 844# i get Vancouver who kindly lets me know that i have called the wrong #, which i have not.

While we are very happy with the caregiver mom has during the week now, competent caregivers with NND are few and far between.
We have had a few real duds. Our weekend caregiver is very sweet and we keep her because she's only here for 3 hours and we're tired of getting familiar with new people, she is not capable of transferring or even straightening mom up if she slides downwards in her chair. All she does is feed her lunch and sit on the couch beside her.
For what NND charges there needs to be a lot more training and consistency of abilities across the board. Work ethic is lacking in the younger caregivers .

I can rely on them for support when I need them and I have complete trust in the workers

I wish this program was available in remote communities where there are many Elders and children with disabilities that would benefit from this great service.

The nurse could only try to deal with the wound with what was given . there should have been a wider selection of materials.

Someone responded immediately! You came and listened to my needs and were able to send someone to assist my mother on very short notice. You took the the time to find an appropriate match. Communication through the pink book and by area manager is excellent. I appreciate Kenzie's follow up on how things are going. Care workers are very good and compassionate. They provide companionship and peace of mind.

my family and I need the extra help for my hubby's day to day care and am grateful for all that nurses and caregivers all over the world do for others so amazingly!!!!

We have found great fits with both of our care providers, and would recommend them to anyone!

There seems to be a fair amount of staff turnover. Not necessarily in caregivers but in management that organizes behind the scenes.

I've been thoroughly impressed with efficency, with contact, ease of booking, excellent care givers my child has been very happy.

Keep changing respite worker I don't like it

Huge lack of communication and correspondence. But when finally in contact easy to work with.
Some questionable caregivers sent but removed without issue.

Lately we have been having problems with the availability and them showing up for their time with my mom.

Care is excellent but not all caregivers are equally professional- last caregiver refused to leave/clock out when we arrived home 1 hr early. Then, had no ride so although we arrived home before midnight, we had to sit with her until 1amforvher scheduled time to conclude; and then another 1.5 hours until her cab arrived. Home by midnight but didn't make it to bed until 3am as she didn't leave until after 230am. First poor experience and until now caregivers have been outstanding.

Providers have been very good. My issue is with communication; I have requested services more than once where I was not notified of anyone coming, so therefore wasn't able to firm up plans till right before the day, after making calls or emails to find out if care was arranged.
