Our caregiver Renee is amazing

I am very satisfied with Lina and just based on her time with us, which hasn't been for long. However, I thought there would have been some contact made from Kenzie who came to interview my husband and I. No has contacted me since that initial appt. Lina just showed up one morning. As well, I believe that I am supposed to have some papers here for her to fill out after each visit. I am also of the age when I believe that a personal call far outweighs an impersonal email. That is why my score is less than it could have been. My friends are all around the same age and if one of them asked me about who comes to my aid, they will also ask if the company keeps in touch with me.....
As for Lina, she is so compassionate and assists with many things. In fact, she is going to be away and asked us if we would like someone else sent out. My husband, who has Alzheimer's said a very definite, "No!" so we will manage.

I like the part where the worker takescare of my daughter and I don't worry when she is with her, she is very friendly and reliable.
I wish I knew about this along time ago.

My nnd is the best

Great customer service from the first contact/ phone call to the care provided. Everyone has been very kind, courteous and respectful. A care plan and home visit was arranged very soon after the first enquiry about your services. Although the care that my mom needs at this time is minimal, there appears to be services available for everyone's care needs. My mom made a connection with her companion immediately, her companion has taken the initiate to do things without being asked. We are very pleased so far.

The caregiver that Grandma had, however the cost is a little high for most seniors

The service was easy and professional, which was exactly what I needed being New and very sick. Excellent care and help, with only having to ask a few questions. What a service!

There is more than one reason: I had an emergency situation and was helped right away. I did not have to worry. The fact that Alexandra is a perfect fit for our family is also fantastic.

When packing up on my last morning, I had asked Zeyra to assist and asked her to put my coffee, tea and my silverware that I had brought with me into my bag, it was not done. My jogging suit & cane were not with my personal belongings either.
She talks about religion too much and family problems

I had a very good feeling from my first conversation with Paula and then Raylene. Raylene arrived at our home the first morning and made us feel very at ease! She is a wonderful person. She trained our care worker and she is also doing a wonderful job! Thanks for everything!

Have been impressed with service and ease of booking, cancelling services etc. Have only been using for a few months so hope it stays this way.

Very happy with Nurse next Door and their services to help my brother with his medical situation. I am very appreciative of the fact that they can transport him to appointments and sporting events. The telephone staff have been amazing when I have called in to make appointments. :)

Lack of transportation initially, and now a fee for it.

Sue has been a pleasure to have come into my home to do daily dressing changes. Such a positive and very knowledgeable lady.

sometimes we have struggles finding the most appropriate caregivers given the complexities of my wife's needs. In this case it took more than two over a span of three days, which is difficult on myself, as I have to miss multiple days of work to provide repetitive training as new caregivers would come. Otherwise I have been very happy with the responsiveness of the service.
