The nurses have been wonderful. Just a few hiccups and as with any transition there were some mistakes I could’ve done without. But they were honest and rectified swiftly.

I was extremely pleased with everything about the service. I phoned on very short notice with a sudden illness and they had a nurse out to see me for the first time within hours. The service connected with me several times to make the appropriate arrangements and to check on things and to let me know exactly where things work.

The nurse, Tara, was absolutely wonderful. She was prompt every time. Very thorough very knowledgable and professional and very kind and compassionate.

Thank you very much for this service during this short term illness. I will absolutely recommend your service to others.

I have always appreciated your quickly letting me know if there are changes needed to my schedule so I can alter my plans. One time, I needed help Right away (on a Sunday) and there was someone here in a couple of hours. The young women - especially Ranjeet and Lina, fit in well with Name removed and I. The come to work properly dressed, are helpful, friendly and do whatever is required to make my days easier. I would recommend these two to families that have someone with Alzheimer's as their patience and time with him make me feel better at their interactions.
Ranjeet thinks outside the box and comes up with solutions to my sometimes overloaded mind trying to do things. She is a treasure much to be appreciated by anyone who has her help. Sincerely, Barbara

There was one person who was totally unsuitable in her manners, her clothing and several other things. We were definitely not a match but I guess that is bound to happen - but you more than made up for it with Ranjeet. And it was handled so that there was no stress for me - I had enough to deal with.

After re-reading this, I decided to change to a 10 but didn't know how to do it - sorry, but I give you permission to change it. B
