Some of the staff don't have good English... that makes it hard to communicate tasks you want them to do. And also afraid of (even small friendly dogs... that puts too much pressure on me to make sure they don't have to have the animals around. I'm sick! I don't have the energy to cater to your staff's fears.
The staff members are trustworthy.
My nurses have been absolutely fantastic! They have given not just me but also my husband so much peace of mind having them stop in and check on me each day and help me with the basic tasks that I needed help with.

Sara was lovely. It was very nice to have someone come in and shower my elderly mother, do her exercises with her and clean her house. It’s a wonderful resource to have while waiting for other services to kick in or to supplement them.
I found the initial interviews very thorough and helpful. Then Arnnie also came on Manpreet's first day to ensure that she was thoroughly informed about the requirements of the job. It has been good that we have the same person coming all the time. Manpreet has been here on time all the time which was not our experience with home care. She has been patient and caring with Christina (Tina) even when Tina has grumbled about having a "babysitter." I would use the words professionalism and reliability as the biggest reasons for my score.
