NND was hired to do very specific work for CLT and is hasn't been consistently done well all the time.

My caregiver is professional, kind and personable
The personality of the caregivers was fantastic
people came who came to visit my parents were always very helpful & polite. only concern is a couple of times i always asked to let me know on how appts. went but never got a call so i called instead. Aso the person who took them was not quite paying attention as things that needed to be done was not written down. when it comes to efficiency i would give a 7 but overall a 9 as my parents were happy of service.
CG's have aways on time and always took really good care of him.
Likes everything about our service but only needed it for a couple of weeks.
cg wasn't experienced with the kind of care clt always needed but he really liked her.
2 girsl were really good and 1 girl didnt know what to do. she was only 19 and too young and too petite to take care of my husband. We need someone really strong but I didnt want to let the FP know. I was very pleased with the other services and would use you again.

It's really the luck of the draw re: caregivers provided. One I considered great. One I considered a law suit and I now have someone I would describe as adequate.
I seem to be contacted by many people. I prefer one or 2 case workers or whatever designation that person would have in your organization.
I also expressed a preference for email communication because of my job, I can oftentimes answer an email when with a student or in a meeting but of course cannot answer the telephone.
I made a request for invoices to be emailed and not go through snail mail but that was ignored.

Some caregivers are better than others.
We had nnd service for mom only 3 times but they were very very good. NND took the time to get the right person for mom and she really liked the cg. I also liked the concept that we didn't have to sign a contract. note: do not call clt call clt contact Debbie Star atPhone number removed382
