My needs were not meet
Though the young lady who came to assist me by doing my laundry and vacuuming, etc. was very polite and friendly, I felt she was inexperienced and should have been vetted better.
I have experienced cases where the caregiver was late by more than 1/2 hour and no one called me and it was up to me to find out when the caregiver was coming. Some have not been that knowledgeable in regards to my case and some just were not a good fit.
Service is great, but you guys need to start taking feedback about individual nurses, I am receiving service from 2 different nurses, Kim is excellent and the other one is worst, so my rating here may not reflect much.
Your service is professional and your care givers are reliable and responsible.
Care giver was very pleasant, professional, and on time.
It was exactly the assistance we needed! I arrived home from the hospital and didn't really know what do to about my rehabilitation. We received great advice which really calmed us and set the course for my rehabilitation.

Nurse wasn't as professional as expected.
Alexandra, the nurse was careful, gentle, very thorough and efficient. Katherine, the Care Designer was wonderful to work with. I felt that our needs were addressed and that we are in responsible hands.
You have accommodated my needs even as they change; sometimes I might not need the same level of care or I realize that I might not need someone every day and you have always been amazing at changing it to suit my requests and that is most important for someone that does not always know what amount of care they will need, and you have never made me feel guilty about changing my schedule or trying so hard to accommodate my needs and for that I am most grateful. This is a remarkable service, especially for many of us without family support, so thank you.
Katherine and Susan have been wonderful, and provided me with confidence that I could become independent after my surgery. They were both professional, knowledgable and extremely patient with my many questions and concerns.

Clt contact said coordination and communication-didn't really go well but the rest is good.
I don't feel that Nurse Next Door followed appropriate guidelines when setting up my service.
Alma was very friendly and helpful. Access to your service on the weekend was appreciated.

I liked her (the nurse's) casual approach but it was a very helpful approach and she had some good suggestions
Loves Shelly . She is so helpful around the house and always so warm and nice. She doesn't like new staff coming in when shelly is sick .
