This is due to my main caregiver Gisele. She is extremely precise and thorough.Very kind and compassionate woman who obviously takes much pride in her work as she does in herself! Always neat and tidy in her appearance ,where as some of the others have come looking like they just woke up. Gisele genuinely cares about her paitients/ clients. She goes above and beyond to ensure that all of the needs are met. Gisele is extremely thorough with the stockings and makes sure that they are on comfortably. I am extremely fortunate to have her as my main care giver. I feel safe when she is around as she watches my every step and is there beside me in case i slip and fall . Gisele is the only one out of all that have been here whom I feel safe with in bathing me as she is strong and i feel that she would be able to manouver me in a safe manner. Thank you gisele and Nurse Next Door!

I would give a higher rating but the cost is a bit high.
They were efficient,professional, prompt, caring. Not only did they provide my Dad with great care while I was away but they kept me informed at every step, giving me peace of mind.
I have two different workers and they are different. One I find a better fit for my daughter and very helpful, the other is good but not as helpful. All communication with members of Nurse next door have been wonderful. I’m pleased

I have been very happy with the care designer assigned to us. I have had issues with come of the call center staff and additionally there have been serious concerns with some staff sent to my home...but I did have the support from the care designer when there was a concern

I had a very, very good service from both Nurces. They were professional understanding and provided me with a very good quality of care. They arrived on time every day and I was able to be ready for my with my various appointment. I felt very secure and in good hands thank you for finding theese angel for me.

Being able to accommodate our scheduling and the level of client service provided by the care givers/companions is excellent.
I did take a point off for pricing - although reasonable for the level of care provided, I worry about affordability for the average senior. Services like these should be accessible to everyone - not just the few that can afford it. We also hope the collected fees are fairly distributed between true administrative costs and actual compensation for the providers.
