The cleanliness of the environment and the staff fully explained the process of the contrast therapy. It was my first time and it was a phenomenal experience.
The environment/suite is impressive. The service received was excellent. I didn’t know what to expect from the “cold plunge”, but after this experience, I will definitely be doing it again and again and again. The experience is rewarding in that I am still reliving the experience mentally.

I liked everything! The sauna was great, the vitamin C shower, I didn't like the cold plunge but who does at first? I enjoyed getting out of it and going back into the sauna, but I do feel better all over now, so I see the benefit.
Clean and the room and tub temperatures are always ready for me.
I love the friendly staff and the fact that I went in there sore and left pain-free. Highly recommend my experience was great ! Love for preparing before work a great clean environment that’s catered to very relaxing.
