We loved the concept. Everything was very clean and nice, and yielded the expected benefits. We also really liked the hostess. She was very hospitable and did a great job explaining everything and answering our questions.

The only things I would say is that it was hard to get back dressed/ready in the room as it was so hot. So if there was a second room that we could be moved into to cool off and get dressed or provide robes to move from one room to the next it was just such a mad rush at the end to get dressed and get out.
Still LOVED the experience. Just felt too rushed to get out with it that hot in there 🤣
