Cleanliness
From the time I walked in the door, I felt like I was going to have a great experience. The person who helped me, Grace, was incredibly kind and thorough in showing me around and telling me what to expect. It was my first time doing anything like what Sweathouz offers. The amenities are incredible -- the water and cold towel were much appreciated.
As far as the contrast therapy experience itself, it was remarkable. I enjoyed being able to customize everything and do the sauna/shower/cold plunge rotation in my own timeframe. I had a very stressful morning and the session I had today erased my stress AND helped my chronic knee pain, which was a plus. Having a private suite and nobody to share the space with but myself was exactly what I needed to unwind and recover. I cannot wait to come back. I plan to contact the Upper Dublin location in a few days to set up a membership as I was so impressed.

The facility is so well thought out. I liked having my own suite as well as the options at the front for water and eucalyptus cold towel. Just a really nice and relaxing hour to care for yourself.

It was a beautiful room. The sauna went all the way up to 175. The cold plunge went down to 36. Everything was clean and neat and the shower was amazing. I’ve done contrast therapy at multiple places, and this has been the most luxurious environment for this type of treatment that I’ve ever done
