I liked the cleanliness of the space and I could go at my own pace. The infrared sauna screen wasn’t working properly / the sauna was warm but not hot.

I enjoyed the sauna with the eucalyptus scented towel on my head. I also enjoyed the rainfall shower and the ego station with the different Dyson products which was nice to use as like a feeling of luxury.

This was my first time here and also my first time doing the cold plunge and I’ve been wanting to try it for a few months now and I’m very glad I tried it. Considering joining as a member only reason I didn’t sign up when I visited is because I live in Mebane
