Ja'Shawn (sp?) was a wonderful host. He balanced introducing us to the experience with giving us enough time to enjoy it. The privacy of a suite made the visit extra enjoyable. Everything was clean and well organized.
Loved the sauna and the cold plunge. Loved the privacy and quiet setting. The ability to change music and lighting was a great way to set the mood.
Only complaint was that the cabinet shelves and bench were dusty and not wiped clean. Also some type of floor mat would have been nice to avoid slipping
Great customer service. Loved the privacy of the room for contrast therapy and the inclusion of a TV and Bluetooth speakers to play music. It was me and my partner’s first time and we loved the experience. We also felt AMAZING afterwards! Our bodies felt relaxed while also reinvigorated and energized from the sauna and cold plunge therapy.
The infrared sauna was fantastic. I’ve never done a cold plunge before, but wow, that’s intense! Fantastic customer service

Just one small suggestion: would it be possible to add another Dyson at Highland Park? Currently, there’s one regular Dyson, one Airwrap on one side, and one Dyson Airstrait on the other side. Those who don’t want to straighten their hair have to wait for the other side to become available, which can be a little inconvenient.
Adding another Dyson would make the experience even better. Thank you for considering my suggestion!

The whole experience was something else. Having the infrared sauna, cold plunge tub, and vitamin C shower all in your suite made us enjoy it more because of the privacy. Getting to take your time to experience all three at your own pace was perfect. The best part though of our visit was the excellent customer service that Emma and Hannah gave us. Their accommodating and friendly attitude made us appreciate the whole experience more. Thank you, ladies!
I liked everything about the experience. I ended up signing up same day I wish there was a way to do a couples membership. My significant other and I plan to come every time together already so a couples membership that required visits at same time would work for us specifically. I also wish I could add a small amount of time on even if it cost extra because I tried to milk every min of the cold plunge and sauna I caught myself scrambling in the end to shower and get ready to leave. Overall great experience thank you.
Was my first experience and definitely go back only if I lived closer😔. But the instructions were very straightforward 60 minutes works great per session, the entire process was perfect!!!👌🏾
