I liked the high end feel of the location, the amenities were nice, the sauna and tub were spotless, and the staff person was very friendly and helpful. It felt like a spa experience.

The staff were amazing. Super friendly, helpful, informative and fun to be around while showing genuine interest in myself and my guest. The place was super clean and inviting. And I loved that you could do the whole sauna and plunging experience in your own suite. Fantastic location as well.

I like that my first time ever doing contrast therapy was here the nice gentleman at the front desk. I believe his name was Jay was very knowledgeable and pleasant to chat with. Although he did share he was new I could not tell! Very clean and a great experience for sure!

1nowhere to put shoes ( water swamped them)
When I plunged in tub overflowed onto my shoes ( maybe tub a little too full)
2 only place to sit is in sauna, maybe put a chair between shower and tub.
