Friendliness of front desk staff
Everything was extremely friendly and it was an amazing experience. I would only recommend having another bench in the rooms that accommodates two people because there wasn’t enough space for belongings, especially since it’s during the winter season and people are coming in with more gear.

I have been in the customer service field and adjacent for all of my career so customer service is highly important to an overall experience and I have to say that all of the staff were an absolute pleasure from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. Secondly the cleanliness of it all was exceptional along with the great products made for a great experience overall.
Everything was set just how we needed it in our visit. Great service and we will be back for more. Would love a location on our side of town in Brownsburg.
