It was very relaxing and I felt great afterwards. I really like the private rooms and the set up of the rooms. Everything was really clean and orderly as well. I like the little details like having a Ziploc bag for your wet bathing suit available as well as the cold compress towels and multiple sets of towels for the sauna and the shower.
I’ve been a member for almost a year. I started in Venice. So Venice was booked for the time I wanted. So I booked at the Santa Monica Sweat Houz. The rooms were very clean and the staff were very friendly. Got into my suite quickly and everything was iall set up. If you want to feel better all around these treatments are the best thing for you.

I will say 1 hour to change, sauna plunge and change again is never enough time. It’s too rushed and hard to make happen. 1 hour and 10 mins would be fine. Staff is always super helpful and friendly.

The sauna was amazing.
The staff was lovely to speak with. They were very pleasant, easy to talk to, and had good energy. The tv put up outside of the sauna in the suite had it nice to be able to put on Netflix while sitting in the shower. Everything was very clean. The flavored water machine & Dyson hair tools & toiletries tied in the whole experience.
