Grace, the person who greeted me and took me through the experience, was SO friendly. She answered all of my questions and made sure I had everything I needed. The suite was clean. I liked that I could adjust the sauna temperature. The cold plunge was phenomenal and just what I was hoping for. Overall, everything was perfect.

I loved every minute of it. The customer service was top tier! Not only because the woman who helped me had the same name as mines “First name removed “ she was such a sweetheart. I highly reccomended and I will definitely be back.

It was great. The only thing I would recommend is that you add grab bars near the cold plunge. Especially for those of us who are 50+
