I loved the entire experience. The privacy. The staff was welcoming and explained everything clearly, and the environment was clean, relaxing, and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the infrared sauna, cold plunge, and vitamin C shower. I never felt rushed, and the overall experience felt restorative and well thought out. I enjoyed it enough that I’m planning to purchase a monthly membership.

Aside from the obvious benefits of the sauna and cold plunge, the staff is friendly, the space is clean, and it seems like every need has been thought of and prepared for. A beautiful experience that I have already recommended to friends.
