Very clean facilities, nice front desk staff, and very high quality equipment. I have my own near infrared panel, but your table is lightyears ahead (sorry for the pun).
Our greeters/staff members were very welcoming, kind and thorough in explaining the best way to enjoy the amenities. I felt welcome and comfortable. The environment was spacious. The option of having tv and music was enjoyable and thoughtful.

The young man that explained everything to me the first time I stopped in and set up this appointment. Today was amazing. He answered all my questions he was thorough! I thought the facilities itself was absolutely immaculate, I never thought I could get into that tub, but after being in that sauna it was a pretty refreshing! My problem is my leg and my hip. When I walked out I felt like I should be singing I’m walking on sunshine, sadly already the discomfort is back. I think I need to invest in a cold tub. Thank you for an amazing experience.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was my first time and didn’t know what to expect, but I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I felt like my privacy was respected, but also help was always available if I needed it. I felt safe and relaxed. I cannot wait til my next experience.
The contrast therapy is awesome. Also, being able to shower and then dry my hair before going to dinner with my husband was a treat.

The staff is AMAZING, the suites are spotlessly clean. 60 minutes is exactly the right amount of time, scheduling is easy, the available water is helpful, and the area to get spruced up is great. The $99 3-session packages / 5-session packages keep me coming back. I’ve brought three guests already and will continue to do so!
It was such a great experience! The front desk lady is super nice and friendly! She walked me through everything like I expected! I missed my first appointment and they’re willing to reschedule for me without charging! Definitely recommended!!!

I like that you have a private room, love the aesthetic of the rooms. My partner and I view it as a date night we watch our shows why doing something good for ourselves.

The whole experience was so relaxing, not just the sauna but interacting with staff as well. They helped explain what the benefits of therapy were and offered various options for continued visits without over pushing or trying to push us into buying anything. I would absolutely go back.

I loved that they were all soooooo friendly and soooo nice. I forgot the names, but one of them had really curly blonde hair and the other one had braided short hair. They soooo amazing. I’m literally addicted and want to go everyday but trying to stick to my 8 passes per month
