From the moment I called and Lena answered the call, got me booked and guided me right to parking. The facility was clean. They provided everything I needed. The private room over exceeded what I expected. The sauna was the right size and temp, the vitamin C shower had me feeling refreshed and well the cold plunge… I’ll be back for that I have to work up to sitting down
I really can’t put into words how my first visit was so mind blowing… but needless to say I purchased 4 more sessions before I left so I’ll be back!!

The facilities are usually in good working order and clean. Stuff breaks down and they are pretty good at getting things back up and running quickly. Except the eucalyptus oil, the saunas are good quality and the staff is always friendly.

It is very relaxing and i feel rejuvenated after a session. i do think the cleanliness can improve. the dust build up on the air filters is enormous and probably costing you money.

I typically go to Sandy Springs Swearhouz 3-4 times a week and the staff is always great and the suites are always clean. They also do a great job working around my busy day, when I have to move my scheduled sessions. Great place and I always feel much better after a good sweat and plunge. 5 stars ! Chad
I loved MC, our tour guide. Very wonderful and welcoming experience with making sure we knew exactly what to do and how to make the most of time. Also, I loved the spa smells within.
