I loved that Paige walked me through the whole experience, giving me pointers on how to use the sauna and cold plunge, all the benefits from both and how spacious and customizable the suites are to you. The LED lights and YouTube playlists playing in the sauna were definitely a vibe. Absolutely recommend as a solo or couple activity to try at least once!!

If you’re looking for a place of relaxation and clarity, SweatHouz is your destination. My wife and I absolutely love this place. With the infrared sauna, cold plunge, and vitamin C shower, it truly is the ultimate private suite experience—especially for couples.
Most importantly, the staff is wonderful. Ashley remembered my wife and me, which made our visit even more special as we celebrated our anniversary. That personal touch meant so much to us.
I highly recommend SweatHouz to everyone!

Everything. From the customer service, ( Jackie and Skyler were very nice) the cleanliness of the studio and the suite, as well as my experience with the contrast session.
The cold plunge
The manager is so friendly! We love the renovations and the convenience of the sauna being in the same room as the cold plunge! Such a fun way to relax!

The experience in the suite speaks for itself - it is always a much needed retreat during a busy week! The staff at Roswell are equally wonderful! They are attentive without being invasive and know me by name. I always look forward to seeing the people at Sweathouz!
