Staff and cleanliness
It was very clean, great equipment, and friendly staff. But, the sign in and sign out process kill the vibe. I had paid online before going and registered my gf and all. We get there and we have to go through it again, not the payment but the creation of the profile. It devalues the beautiful experience I had with her.

We enjoyed the whole experience! Miguel was so helpful from the beginning with a courtesy call to answer any questions prior to the appt. & also throughout the appt. - we enjoyed all the amenities. The only feedback I have is that because it's right next to F45 we could hear the class going on. The tv sound helped for sure and we still enjoyed our time! Definitely would recommend.

The individual sauna
I had such an amazing experience at SweatHouz from the moment I walked through the door. The front desk staff was so sweet and welcoming upon walk in, which instantly set a great vibe for my visit. On top of that, the entire facility is completely spotless.
My absolute favorite part was having the private sauna and the shower right there in the exact same room. It makes the whole experience so seamless and relaxing. I also really loved all the thoughtful little touches they provide. They literally thought of everything, including shower caps, hair ties, and even a TV with all the streaming apps ready to go.
It was a truly great experience from start to finish and I felt so refreshed afterward. I will definitely be back!
