I honestly expected to not like it. I don’t like heat and I don’t love a cold plunge, but I really enjoyed my experience. The infrared sauna made it comfortable without feeling like I was dying. The vitamin c shower was great, and the cold plunge tub wasn’t bad either. My only complaint was it seems most of the tvs in the room don’t work or something happened with the remote, so had to use my phone for Bluetooth music. But that wasn’t a big deal. Look forward to going back because I felt great when I got out.
The workers were very kind and helpful at the Buckhead location. I enjoy the ability to do both hot and cold exposure in one location.
Clean facilities and friendly staff
Front desk was very friendly and assisted with anything I needed talked to me and gave me details on what to do since it was my first time and I loved the sauna/cold plunge and having audio in the sauna was super cool

The ease of parking at the Roswell location. The friendly staff, Riley was amazing. The room was clean and the sauna and plunge were at perfect temperatures. We will be going back.

I must say, the service was excellent from the moment we walked in. We were greeted warmly right away, and the entire place was very clean and welcoming. I absolutely loved the vibe and atmosphere. It’s definitely a place I’d come back to, especially with my wife. Great experience overall!

Nice staff, clean facility and nearby
Kate Green was amazing. Showed us the facility and was very attentive. The infrared sauna was a new experience and the plunge pool was mildly addictive. Very clean and friendly team.
The room was clean. There was privacy. Even a plastic bag to put my wet clothes ( I didn’t think to bring one so that was a huge help). The vitamin c shower also had body wash, shampoo and conditioner! And the beauty bar was also a nice touch. Overall I’ll be back
