I believe the host was Reginald. So professional and welcoming. The facility is clean and everything you need; shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Shower cap, towels, music etc is supplied for your visit!

The convenience of the location, exceptional customer service, and the set up of the private rooms.
The facility is brand new and sparkling clean. The staff is really helpful and makes everything possible to make your visit enjoyable.
I would suggest to have a couple of chairs in the waiting area so guests can wait before their appointment. Also in the room there is not enough space to put your clothes

This was my first time here and every single employee there made me feel comfortable and special. They made the experience quite enjoyable and they celebrated my wins at the end when I told them I completed a 5 min cold plunge. The place was very clean as well. And this experience was absolutely life changing.
I am definitely going to remember this and I am definitely coming back!

Friendly check in staff who walked us through the entire process. Everything was very clean and user friendly. LOVED the cold plunge - first time doing it and am now addicted. The surround sound for playing music in the sauna was also a great touch.
