Wonderful customer service, the young girl gave us a tour of the entire facility before showing us to our room, she was the cutest and sweetest thing ever, and the way the guest can always go back and forth between sauna and cold plunge, watch Netflix or whatever, etc. I love how guest focused the experience is.

Great experience and friendly staff, quality equipment as well. The only thing I felt was missing was a infrared bed or something of that nature to get a real dose of that therapy.
