The care and attention they give to Luna!
Our baby was well taken care of. She had a great time. We loved being able to see her on the cameras. She also had a bath while there and looked and smelled great!
The staff is very friendly, they love dogs, and they love my dog.
Staff knows are dogs and caters to each for their needs. One of our dogs gets tired because of medical issues, they see when this happens and puts her in a crate for rest.

Flexibility. With two kids in hockey where The final game schedules are determined by wins and losses on the last day, I've come to rely on adding a note to my booking request that it's a tournament with possible extended stay. It's great to know all I have to do is call and let them know if we need an extra day. The Gainesville Dogtopia has been accommodating with a positive attitude, every time. I do my part to let them know it might be longer, and they have it in their system, it's not an issue. My dog is excited to be there every time. That matters, too.
Amazing place!! Everyone is kind and really know the dogs. I get a better report for my pup than my kids preschool. We have tried many daycares for our dog and this is hands down the best one by far.
Day camp and overnight
We’ve been very happy with grooming and day care at Dogtopia! The staff is wonderful, so friendly and caring for our dogs. Chris is a talented groomer and our doggies look wonderful. Our new puppy is enjoying day care. We highly recommend!
Everyone from the owner through all the staff obviously really likes dogs..they are always very welcoming. My dog and I feel like this is her home away from home.
Friendly and helpful staff
Everyone is so nice and friendly and my fur baby really loves going to Dogtopia.
Matt and Staff are always great when I bring my dog King for a nail cut and/or bath! King is happy when he gets there and when he leaves. I always tell whoever asks me for an awesome place. They also have boarding and daycare, but I haven't been able to take advantage of it since my dog doesn't do good with other dogs, but I'm sure the staff is great with the dogs that do stay there.

My Darla loves Dogtopia! She prances into the facility like a happy girl. Staff greets her with enthusiasm. She cannot wait to get back to the area where she loves playing with her friends. thank you for your good care and making this rescued girl so happy.
Our dog Beau loves to come there to play and spend the day with all his doggie friends. He gets so excited and it’s a great treat for him to go and socialize with other dogs, get exercise and be cared for by such a caring staff who truly love dogs .
My puppy is so excited to go each morning and hates leaving! They give my puppy what he needs and gives me great feedback on how his day was. I love having access to watch him during the day online and just check in. I also love how there are special days throughout each month like parties, puzzles, photoshoots and special treats. The staff is so friendly and I feel great leaving my puppy there. They’ve watched him grow from a little puppy into a dog with me, so they are a big part of my puppy’s life! We love Dogtopia Edmonton!

I appreciate how the Dogtopia Deer Park employees make me feel like they really care about our Molly. It's difficult to leave your baby in the hands of others especially when overnight boarding. When dropping Molly off, they make sure they have all information about Molly's needs. When picking her up, they let us know how she did - ate all her meals and snacks (or not), any tummy troubles, etc. If I call to check on her while we're gone, they never treat it like a bother.
Also, the fact I can log in to the app and see her, is priceless.
