Hazel had been coming since she was a puppy and she just turned 3 . The staff is amazing and so attentive. I have board her multiple times. They take amazing care of the dogs. Hazel loves to come .
The team here is incredible! Everyone is so warm and welcoming from the moment you walk through the door. It makes such a difference knowing that I can completely trust them with my fur baby.
Ollie absolutely loves going, and seeing how excited he gets for his visits is the best feeling. I feel so grateful to have found a place where he is so well cared for and loved. I cannot recommend them enough!
Friendly employees. The facility is very clean. Great hours. I like to be able to check in on Cooper throughout the day through the camera system.

Dogtopia is great and my pup loves it. He knows the route and starts crying if we get stuck in traffic. I love that there are cameras in the rooms and I can check up on him and see him run around with all the other dogs when he's there. The staff is absolutely amazing. I'm not sure they know my name, but they definitely know my dogs hahaha!
Our dog is very excited to go to Dogtopia. He is exhausted when he gets home. Well cared for.
The girls are happy & not anxious after our vacations & that is important to me.
The staff! Everyone is awesome and I trust them all to take care of Oslow while he’s there. Pay them more, they deserve it!

The crew works so hard and we appreciate them but our pup came home with a scrape on his nose and nothing was said about it when I picked him up. I asked about his behavior during the day and noons could give me feedback. I get it you guys are busy but maybe focus more on your core business caring for the dogs and less extra marketing stuff for people.
Kai loves it and always has a great time! He can’t wait to leave the house when we tell him he is going to Dogtopia! It gives me so much peace of mind knowing he is well cared for and socialized when he can’t be with us on vacation. Thank you Dogtopia!

Doggie daycare services seem to be well managed. My pup comes home tired, clean, and socialized, so no complaints. But, the stand-out of aspect of Dogtopia Broadripple is the staff. They've got a great team, friendly, genuinely seem to care about the animals, really excellent customer service. Services are fine, good -- staff is top-notch.
The entire staff is incredibly supportive, friendly, & caring. I have never thought I would trust leaving my furr family with anyone. I had to and searched many places and felt comfortable choosing DT. Now I’m very at ease knowing she is safe when I leave her with them.

The staff are always friendly and helpful and we've largely had very good experiences. However when we picked up our dog last week at the scheduled time, they didn't have his blanket with his stuff. They went in the back and found it but warned us that he had soiled it and put it in a paper bag, which I said was fine. Once we got home and took it out, there was clearly excrement from SEVERAL other dogs stuck to it everywhere. Not to be graphic, but it clearly was not our small dog's poop -- the size, consistency, and smell of the clumps were definitely not from him. I'm assuming this is because it was in a laundry pile with other dogs' bedding? (even though they knew he was to leave at 7am?), but they at least could have shaken it out first or removed some of the poop. It also made me feel concerned about how much the dogs clearly poop in their kennels overnight... We ended up throwing the blanket away rather than trying to salvage it. Dogtopia will still be our go-to for care, but we wanted to bring this to your attention (in a non-public forum). Thanks for considering how things could go differently next time.
