Easy interview process, super friendly staff, even our shy dog had fun.
Always remember my dog, Harley. Very gentle and kind to Harley in my presence. Send updates when Harley is staying with them, including photos. Offer snacks and spa options. Have a routine daily schedule...structure that is good for dogs.
They are so great with our dog and very helpful to work with
I chose this place to ensure the safety of my puppy. The cameras on the app did not seem to work well and constantly looped. I thought it was my phone and had two other people try from their phones and it did the exact same thing. Second, I told staff to provide my dog with a bowl to eat which they didn’t. My dog was there for hours and nothing was provided for her.

The staff appears to be real animal lovers and are good to the pets.
We love Dogtopia! All of the staff are friendly and attentive to my pet. They know all of the dogs by name which is amazing! They always have fun activities, snacks, and crafts. The Parker location is clean and very welcoming. We also use the boarding services and my dog does great at Dogtopia when he is having a sleepover there!

I usually love dogtopia! I was so dissapointed this weekend when I got my bill and it felt way higher than normal, like the most expensive option was chosen for me. Faye usually loves it here but I don’t believe I’ll return again after I was charged almost $200 for one night of boarding :(

I like how flexible Dogtopia is
Remi has been coming to Dogtopia for 12 years now. He has grown from an eager pup to the dignified “gentleman” of the toy box in charge of properly socializing new arrivals. He loves Dogtopia and we trust the team to take great care of him 24/7 including diet/medications and of course lots of love. We can’t imagine having anyone else help us care take care of our pup.
My dog Louis loves to go to doggy care so I can tell he is being well taken care of!
We felt that the owners of this business are excellent communicators. We also observed that they are adept at calmly dealing with dogs that have anxiety issues. We have appreciated their feedback and patience.
