My dog was still wet after the wash
The forty five dollar mandatory bath after three days of the pet staying overnight policy should be changed it should be optional

When we first started out boarding there, our dog would get a free bath after 5 days, but now it’s an up charge. For the amount of times we have boarded our dog for long periods of time, there should be some sort of perk like that. I’m disappointed it was taken away. But overall, I love Dogtopia for our dog.
Friendly, knowledgeable, professional staff! Good hours and Curb side pick up and drop off are a bonus. My dogs always come home nice and tired from playing all day. Highly recommend.
Drop off and pick up are easy. Henry goes easily and is well cared for.
Staff know my dogs very well at this point and understand their quirks. We love the livestream access and text updates when there are daycare events. Our dogs always come back tired and happy.

Everything about Dogtopia has been amazing! The staff, the cleanliness, and how much my fur baby loves being there! I enjoy watching the video feed of him all day long to ensure that he is safe, playing, and happy. I cannot say enough good things about them.

The staff is super helpful. When I was limited in mobility, they came out to the car and got Georgie for me. He loves coming here and gets lots of socialization as well as exercise. It is my go-to daycare for Georgie.
The people in the staff are really great. The facility is very nice. The only thing that I could say is sometimes my dog comes back smelling kind of stinky. Other than that. It’s been a very good very good experience.

We love the owners and staff that works there! From the moment they greet him in the morning to when we pick him up-they welcome him with open arms. Our dog looks forward to and loves his day care days!
All of the people I have come in contact with are friendly, kind, positive and they truly care about the dogs. When I pick my pup up, I am always told who my dog played with on that particular day.
This is my first experience with Doggie Day Care and I highly recommend Dogtopia. My dog, Chaser, just loves it there!!
1. The cost for drop in is pretty high.
2. Also, my 6 month german shepherd should not be in a room with dogs twice his age; i watched the Webcam and he went to person in room looking for pets because he was being bothered by an older dog.
3. They wont take him if hes 7 months or older and not neutered, which if I choose to, wont be until hes 2.
4. He didnt eat his lunch so you throw it out which I wasnt aware of and dont understand since it was in its own zip locked bag; dog food is too expensive for you to just throw away.
On a bright note, I do, however, like the 12-2 quiet time.
Mercedes, Alicia and their staff are awesome. They treat my dog Kobe like a King. I have been taking there regularly since they opened. I totally trust them 100% with my dog. Thank you. Name removed
Pricing is still not transparent. I have asked multiple times for my billing, balances etc and I have yet to get an answer.
The staff are pretty good.
I do appreciate the webcam so I can keep an eye on the day activities. I would appreciate 24/7 access and I have read online other customers want this as well.
