We took our dog, Alfie, to the Clifton Park Dogtopia shortly after it opened. This was for the required "meet and greet". We were a little nervous because our dog had spent his first six months of life growing up in an Amish barn with litte interaction with people and other dogs. He had never been on a leash or in a car until the day we took him home. This was explained to the staff at Dogtopia. Alfie was handled with patience and he spend a few hours there interacting with the other dogs and the staff. We could not have been happier with the staff at Dogtopia. They are a group of professionals and it is obvious that they are all animal lovers. We highly recommend Dogtopia and Alfie will be returning soon.

Luke and Isabelle have been fabulous! We couldn’t ask for better staff taking care of our Tucker. I am completely at ease with taking him to our local Dogtopia in Cranberry Township. The groomer is also great. She does exactly what you ask her to do and he looks so stinking cute when we go pick him up. Tucker has a girlfriend too. Friends are so important. Now if he would just go to the bathroom outside.
In the past 3 weeks , I asked the staff to watch Polli for she had a hot spot and they really cared about her and gave me updates when I picked her up. I noticed that Polli is happier and is excited to go to daycare. I also noticed that the facility is really clean. It seems that Polli is busier than before.
I do spread the word and I hope the people I told do take advantage of the daycare.
Have the trainers provide training with the dogs while they are there. Encourage them to use the ramps or platforms. Engaging the dogs in playful activities and interacting with them more to facilitate play.
Friendly drop off every time. Current team is much more efficient with drop off and pick up.
We like your weekday hours and love how the staff treats our girls. We appreciate the care and updates we receive when escalation events occur.
The staff and personal attention towards my pet
Friendly employees, very clean and organized. I especially appreciate that all dogs need to be tested (Meet & Greet) prior to boarding thereby eliminating dogs that may be aggressive. I also feel the cost of boarding is very fair. I like that there is a webcam.
You use blk Matt's in the bottom of your crates,my dog chewed on it during nap time and swallowed some, some of the Matt's are broken and I think thst is very dangerous. I have since talked to employees about this problem and from now on they will not put a mat in his crate ,I know you do this to keep it clean but broken Matt's schould be disposed off.my dog gets very good care and I love being able to ck in on him during the day
Clean facility and awesome staff. My dogs and I moved out of state last year and came back to visit friends and family. It was so wonderful to bring my dogs back to Dogtopia of Plano and to see a staff member that I knew and remembered my dogs. Unfortunately I don't remember her actual name but she's Karma's mom. I really appreciate her thoughtfulness and for throwing my dog a birthday party!
Not only is it convenient but everyone takes such personal interest in my dog. They care for him like he’s their own. From fun times, like him playing with his buddies to even maybe more serious moments when he gets in a tiff with another dog.
Everyone truly cares and loves the dogs! They send countless pictures and daily updates! I truly love every person at Dogtopia and value them greatly!
Love this place since day 1, ever since it opened, we have been bringing our Boston Terrier Luna mainly for boarding and Spa.. she loves playing with her buddies and every time she comes home she's exhausted!
The staff is TOP of the LINE. I cannot recommend enough this place to take care of you furry baby if you love him/her like we do.
The people are caring and my dog is very happy there. She runs in everyday we go. Ialsothink the pricing is reasonable.
More interaction with dogs in gym- when I look on webcam it appears that 1 or 2 dogs get petted by staff but others do not even when it’s obvious they are looking for interaction- not talking about just my dog either. We are hesitant to leave ours overnight as he does like human interaction and I wouldn’t want him to go 24-48 hours with no one giving him a pat or scratch etc..
I like that you thoughtfully assess the 'fit' between each dog and Dogtopia's services, to keep the playrooms harmonious. I like that you have a dog coach in each playroom at all times. I like that everyone at the front desk seems to know my dog by name and greets him warmly when we arrive. I like that you provide a safe, clean environment for my dog to develop his socialization skills. I like your flexible scheduling. :)
Everything. You even hug my dog sometimes—he’s such a baby!
Friendly and accommodating. Also, love cameras so I can see how my dog is interacting.
Everything! Friendly staff, great haircut for my dog, my pup is always so happy and tired when he gets home.
I could pick ala carte services from the spa offerings, and the customer service I received was top notch!

The staff was professional and friendly. They knew their "clients" pretty well.
I love everyone and i love all the special days and picture ops!! Only thing I'm not a fan of is the cameras being off during nap time and the fact that their play room seems like just a small sad empty room.. If the dogs play with eachother then it doesn't really matter, but i my dog is a bit antisocial and I remember my dog liking a place that was outdoors that had a waterfall fountain,.
But other than that i love it :)
All the technicians are super friendly. I like that they are able to provide me updates on how my doggie is doing in comparison to last visits. I also like the reassurance of viewing my pet from the webcam. That is such a plus!
Love the webcams. My dog came home happy & tired, just what we wanted.

We love the staff at our Roanoke Dogtopia. They are friendly, patient, caring, and treat Rusty like their own. They openly communicate with us and work with him to ensure he is the best version of himself. We rescued him in December after being abandoned twice. He didnt trust alot of people or other dogs and after a few short months, he now runs into daycare so excited to give love to the staff and play with his friends. Thank you, Dogtopia for being patient and loving our wild and crazy, Rusty.

I feel very comfortable taking my dog Mick to doggie daycare. Everyone is very nice and they are very caring of our furry children. I also love the fact that I can check on him anytime I want except between 12-2.
