On webcam your employee looked stressed or irritated and there was no friendly interaction with the dogs.
One of my dogs stood by the door to go outside and clearly looked anxious.
By 12 pm the dogs were put in a crate and cameras turned off. My dogs were scheduled for a half day with pick up at 2 because I was told that was when rest/crate time was, I didn’t know there were additional crate times. My dogs were there for socialization not crate time.
Not planning on returning.
Everything, everyone that works there are always nice and friendly and my dog loves going there.

My dog loves to attend daycare at Dogtopia. I have peace of mind that he is well taken care of while he is there.
Once again our Lil has had a wonderful stay at her spa, Dogtopia. The staff is so friendly and caring. We feel completely comfortable having her stay there while we are away.
I feel confident that Dixie will be taken care of with Love and that she will have fun!

They make every stay or visit special for Melvin and love him like he is their own.
This is not just a dog sitting store. This is a group of people who genuinely care about their responsibilities. They watch all the dogs with a love and dedication. I would be less comfortable if all Dogtopia did was watch and feed our pets. There is a care and concern for the safety and happiness of each. I am greeted by name (and by my pet's name too). They know my pet very well, which makes leaving him there easier for me. They know how my dog behaves when he first comes in and how his comfort level develops over the course of the day. The staff tries to add stimulation by making up events and also with the inclusion of pet friendly furniture to climb onto. They do crate pets who exhibit even the slightest aggressive behavior.

Best care of our fur babies and always know that they are safe, loved, and protected! I can’t thank Nathan and his team enough for everything they do. Highly recommend for daycare or overnight stays!

The smell in the lobby has been extra bad for the last few weeks. It’s taking longer and longer at pick up which some days is understandable but it seems like lately it’s 10 mins to get the dogs from the back. We love Dogtopia but it was much more efficient a few months ago

Our Jack Russell Terrier, Beau Jocque, had the best time at his recent boarding at Dogtopia. He needs a lot of playtime daily and he was tired when he returned home!

They are very good with our dogs the only problem is when my dogs get home they drink water like crazy they are not used to drinking out of buckets so when they put them in a cage for rest they need a bowl of water and I can supply the bowl!
They are always friendly and prompt in returning our dog after daycare.

We LOVE that our very active bernedoodle can get his energy out in healthy way with his “friends.” Doptopias prices are very reasonable and having the membership provides additional discounts on boarding and daycare packages. Additionally, it helps me have less guilt leaving him when I know he’s so well cared for and active during the day. Thanks!

Staff is very helpful and courteous. They love the dogs and take good care of them.
The staff is amazing. They know our dogs by sight and our girls LOVE getting their spa treatments. They offer feedback on what would benefit our girls in relation to their care.
