very friendly staff. they were excited to meet my puppy. The service was excellent. My only problem was navigating the website, it didn't seem very user-friendly. But Im sure it was me, im not tech savvy. I look forward to my puppy becoming part of their doggie daycare.

I never come in and look up at the tv and see my dog in an unsafe situation or in a crate, I know some dogs get crated when they need to settle but I love that you let the dogs who settle themselves just out to relax/play the entire time.
Other places in the past had 1 hour of play and the rest with him sitting in a room alone waiting to go home.
I don't think I can brag enough about the team at Dogtopia in Halcyon! My dog goes in excited and comes out so happy after time spent getting energy out in a healthy manner, getting lots of attention, and treats! I know he's being watched by professionals who keep all the dogs safe while giving them all lots of love! Can't recommend them enough!!
In our experience, Dogtopia is the best doggie daycare provider in the area. Their caring staff offers multiple opportunities to keep Birdie challenged throughout the day.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. They care about the dogs in their care. I like that they have cameras and I can check on my dog periodically.
Dogtopia provides a friendly atmosphere and dog loving staff for my fur baby. When she's there, I am confident that she is safe, well cared for and in the good company of her dog friends. And, she gets to do all sorts of activities and art projects!! Thank you.

I have used your Tyson’s location for years and have always appreciated how loving the staff is toward our dog. However, the past three visits ended up with my dog not having the correct medications given (incorrect dosages), only half of the food he was supposed to have (the wet food was left unopened), and major scratches all over his body, especially on his chest. The scrape looked like he had open heart surgery and took two weeks to completely heal. I’m really disappointed that we have had so many good years with Dogtopia, but that now I’m sincerely doubting how capable the staff is.
When using the camera, I noticed that the cleaning methods are questionable. You guys need an area where the dogs can use the bathroom. Also there has got to be a better way to clean up after a dog. The mop that these kids are using just spreads the urine all over the floor instead of cleaning the floors in a sanitary way. I’ve even watched your staff use the same mop to pick up poo. It’s not sanitary and my dog always comes back to me smelling so bad.
I’ve seen the mop just stored against the cages and placed in nothing to be cleaned somehow. It’s gross and not sanitary
Very friendly staff! My dog is a rescue and is 9 months old and needs socializing with people and animals. I think dogtopia is the perfect and safe way for her to learn how interact around people and other dogs. It looks like she is enjoying it and is very active while there, and ready to settle down when back home. Plus I get time to do things without having to put her in her kennel.

They go the extra mile to take care of your pets needs. One employee came in at midnight to make sure my dog received his medicine on time.
