Everyone is very friendly and Wilson always comes home happy
They’ve thought of everything my puppy needs and understand her so well! Sometimes she gets overstimulated and needs a break. Today’s healthy treat was an ice treat with banana and berry. She loves coming to Dogtopia!
Dotopia has friendly staff. I like the idea that you offer different treats and activities during the week for the animals. The facility in hazlet is very clean and the dogs seem happy.
The staff is caring and friendly. They are extended family at this point! My dog looks forwarding to going to "camp" on "camp" days! We love it there.

Daycare and bathing. Everyone at Dogtopia Waukee is amazing and always kind. I love they have cameras so I can check up on our pup while he is there. Every time I check the cameras the canine coaches are always paying attention and giving out pets. Ace loves going to daycare every week and we love that he gets the socialization and gets to play with all of his buddies. I love that the app is super easy to use and I can book or cancel appointments within it.

I love that Dogtopia makes being away from home fun for our Jessica! I am grateful that they ensure dogs have fun, but have structure and they reinforce training from the minute we walk in the door (ie. waiting at the door until it is opened and they are permitted to walk through, sitting before snacks or toys, safe play with other dogs, etc.). It is such an added perk that there is grooming available as well, super impressed with the nail trim our girl received! The special events like "ball day" "pool day" "ball pit day" "agility day" etc, are exciting for us as dog parents and for the dogs! Opting into snacks and photo ops are stellar opportunities! and we cannot forget all the different costume contests (even if we don't participate in them all, they are so fun to witness)!
The compassion they have for their doggies at daycare.
I like the communication as well as the different activities. My pupper gets excited to go and doesn't want to leave, which speaks volume because he is very clingy.

The staff is great, they treat Gus like he is their dog. He absolutely loves it there, sometimes I think he'd prefer to live there and visit me a couple times a week!

Bueno, no me gustó que no me explicara que si mi cachorro no estaba esterilizado no podía estar con otros perros, así que lo llevé y pagué para que lo encerraran solo. Me hubiera gustado que me explicaras o me hablaras de ello, porque no lo sabía, porque si hubiese tenido conocimiento de eso, no lo hubiese llevado, porque no voy a pagar por un lugar para que esté encerrado solo en una habitación, para eso está en su corral en mi casa con sus juguetes. Eso no me gustó.
We love dogtopia! Katie is absolutely amazing along with the rest of the staff that love our golden girl so well. We have been coming to dogtopia since our pup was 4 months old. I can truly say that our golden is a better dog since going to daycare almost every day!
