I like that the staff interacts with the dogs and very attentive to them. It’s great to have cameras so I can check in on my dog during the day. The staff is friendly and welcoming.
Quality friendliness for our dig
Miss T loves going to Dogtopia. She gets excited when we drive up, at times jumping out of the car. She is taken care of, and she comes home tired at the end of the day.
Dogtopia SL is great and our pooch loves the care/ boarding/ spa services. It would be great if they have a blanket or cover on crate when he sleeps. It's problematic for his nose rubbing. Thank you!

We are always greeted with positive and smiling faces when we arrive each day.
The folks that work at the Waugh location are so excited to see our dog and in turn our girl never hesitates to bust through the door to get all her belly rubs.
This location is always clean and orderly and there is always staff available to answer the phone and door.
Everyone there is so sweet with the dogs. My dog personally loves going there and cries when she gets there because she is so excited.

Super wonderful staff. They take great care of our dogs. Very clean facility. Can watch your dogs during their stay. Just can't say enough about this place. Our dogs love going there. Have a groomer which helps with our dogs not being stressed by going to a separate place for grooming. LOVE THEM!

I hesitate to recommend overnights with no staff on site all night with the dogs. Also, a bell in the lobby would be great, I spend way too much time waiting there in hopes someone notices. Lastly, the camera positions need to be adjusted to better see the dogs in the rooms.

Our Maltese, Nash, LOVES it when he gets to go to day play with his friends at Dogtopia. There are lots of little dogs for him to hang out with and he thinks that the humans there are top-notch as well. If he could talk (or type), he’d leave a 5-PAW review!
Nash loves Dogtopia….maybe not as much as he loves hot dogs….but it’s definitely up there on his list of faves!!!!

Friendliness and loving on my pup
Dogtopia of Norwell is run like a family. Everyone there knows my dog's name and her personality and her habits. The Director gets down on the floor and pets her before we leave for the day. The staff is very attentive, even with the large volume of attendees. They make us feel like our little one is special.
The staff there ALWAYS take care of our little Cinnamon. I have no problem going out of town or dropping her off there, because they seem to love her so much. They also send pictures during her visit. Awesome crew!
