Great staff! Friendly, attentive and our pup can’t wait to get in the car when we ask if she want to go see the ”other dogs”
My dog has only been there one day other than the orientation visit so I don't feel like I have a good idea how she will like being there. On top of that she had been playing hard the day before with my daughter's dog so she went in tired and possibly a little sore. She is not a very active dog so walking around the room for a good bit of time may have been too much for her. I liked that I could watch her at times on the webcam. That eased some of my own anxiety. When I picked her up she seemed very happy to leave. I don't think that is because of the staff. They all seem great. I think she was just worn out from activity the day before she was there. I will have a better idea of how she feels at the end of the day the next time I take her when she is well rested.
Everyone is very nice and I feel that my dog was taken care of well. I am access cameras to see my dog during the day which is great and they even sent a photo via text to let me know and see my dog during his stay. I asked for services that were not done so I am a little perturbed about that but I do not think it detracts from their overall service. I think it was an oversight.
Friendly people, nice facilities, show a sincere concern for our dogs.
Our doggy loves being there. We board her once or twice a year and she loves it.

Kalani absolutely loves going there—it’s truly her happy place. The staff is wonderful and clearly care about the dogs, which gives me peace of mind knowing she’s being watched over. They’re also probably the only people who can successfully clip her nails! On top of that, they organize lots of fun activities throughout the month, so she always has something exciting to do. 🐾

Everyone at Dogtopia Navy Yard is so friendly and enthusiastic to greet Charlie when he comes in, and he loves going! I am grateful to have such a friendly and supportive place to send Charlie when I cannot be with him or to give him some mental or physical exercise. During the snowstorm, Dogtopia Navy Yard went above and beyond to take care of Charlie when I could not get home to him, and I'm so grateful. Thanks for all you all do, and I would absolutely recommend to anyone!
The whole staff is wonderful and I love how much Luna loves Dogtopia! I also greatly appreciate how clean the whole facility is and how caring, attentive, and interactive the staff is with all of the dogs!
The facility has changed over the years. The people have become more corporate and it feels less personal. I want to feel good about leaving my beloved pets there overnight. That they will be cared for and loved.
It seems that the facility is more concerned about profits over the ultimate care for my babies
