I love the fact that I can watch on the webcams.
Our Boxer Bella is always excited to go and loves the entire staff. We are very happy to use Dogtopia whenever we need a home away from home for her.
Very professional and warm welcoming
Very friendly and communicative staff. My dogs always so happy to go and always wants to stay. The facility is clean, having the cameras is great to check in, and the staff always know at least a little bit of how my dog did since they all spend time with the animals.

Best daycare I’ve been to. Everyone is so friendly and there doesn’t seem to be the turnover there is other places. They are patient with our rescue pup and willing to take the time needed for her to be comfortable. Best of all, this place is clean, like super clean! 10/10 recommend!
So far I've been very happy with everything the dogs are excited to go and they're cared for and it feels like they're loved when they're there and I'm so happy. I'd like to try and get Memphis back in there soon the cancer medication have been going well and maybe next week get these guys back in there for a day or two
Ease of scheduling, the flexibility of hours, the friendly and professional staff, our dog’s joy at the time she spends at Dogtopia, and our ability to know she is safe and happy whether she’s there for the day or for overnight.
Employees that actually care about your animals and learn their names. Best location by far worth the extra travel time.

Staff is always very helpful and friendly. One of the staff even inquired about a dog we rehomed over a year ago, and wanted to know how she was doing. Diane is always the best!~
When I drop Jasper off 3 times a week, I have no concern he is in good hands. When I pick him up those days, he's happy, healthy and the staff says goodbye to him.
The staff is very willing to answer questions and make corrections if there is a problem with any concern.

Our pups, Bugsy and Mila, are enrolled at the Waco TX location. We were in Summerville on vacation and were thrilled to find a Dogtopia there. Bugsy and Mila visited the Summerville SC location for 2 days in daycare while we were sightseeing. They made new friends and all the staff treated our babies like family. We appreciated the care our pups received! Thank you!

Staff is very friendly and accommodating and my dog Riggs loves his days spent there!
The staff are phenomenal. I can't express enough gratitude for the warm welcome that Beth and Melissa gave little Toro his first meet and greet. He's a rescue and been through a lot, and they made numerous steps to convey trust and reassurance of his safety and care. He is still learning and had a rough first week due to an injury and other medical issues, but is recovering well and we hope to soon be back on track.
2 hours in a crate is too long.
Clarksville has the BEST coaches and staff. They go the extra mile for each dog. So good I drive out of my commute to go there.
The packages are reasonable prices. Closing at 7PM is so critical for working clients.

I did unfortunately see the woman in the Toybox room smack my dog on the head twice for barking. Not barking in an aggressive way, but barking at the door because she was nervous and wanted to leave.
She's a beagle and I understand her bark can be piercing but she had only been there for an hour, was clearly not comfortable and adding to that by using force made me feel horrible for my girl and like that is not a good place for her to be.
Eddy, our groomer, was absolutely amazing! I brought her two hot messes and they were returned as super stars!! She’s very personable and listened to my requests about grooming style. Thank you for a wonderful experience for my pups. 😊

My dog lives going to Dogtopia and the staff clearly cares about him.
Sometimes drop off takes awhile because there's only one staff member bringing the dogs in in the morning. Also there cameras are off/not working a lot of the time.
Oakley and Annie love going to Dogtopia! I like the flexibility and how easy it is to check in/out. The dogs always come home so happy and most importantly, tired. Thank you!
