I love that the staff is very attentive to the dogs they care for and that they are very easy to work with. They maintain a very clean environment as well.
The staff is wonderful with our dogs. They’re always glad to see them and treat our babies like their own. We always know the climate at Dogtopia is nice and cool during the summer. Our dogs are always tired when they come home. So worth it!

This was the first time I brought my female Cairn Terrier to day care. I watched intently on the webcam to observe her socialization. The two dogs' pens hold the small dogs away from the bigger dogs. On the day my dog was there, I observed via the webcam that there were three dogs in the small dog pen: two males and one female. While an employee was mopping nearby, the two male dogs were humping the female dog aggressively, while she repeatedly tried to get away from them. Locked in a pen with them, she couldn't get away. The employee was mopping close by, yet ignored the situation. I called the office and spoke to an employee about my concerns for the lone female dog. I immediately came to pick up my dog. At the front, I again reported what was happening as I could still see it in the webcam. The front desk person simply said, "Some dogs give off a scent that makes the males want to hump them." I'm not a dog expert, I'm a dog parent. I wouldn't want my female dog in that situation. It raises concerns for me about the safety of my dog at the site. I need to know that my female dog will be safe and that an employee would intervene if they observed this kind of behavior. Am I overreacting?

I appreciate you guys keeping my dog long enough for me to have lunch with my dad just wasn’t expecting to pay the day care price. I mean I knew I would have to pay something but not the full price. I believe it could have been pro rated since you guys only had him for an hour and some change.
But once I get him comfortable around dogs again I would totally come back. Also maybe add some padding to the kennels?

Your employees are wonderful. Kind, welcoming, genuinely love dogs.
Two hour naptime is excessive given the cost of daycare. Feels like it’s intended to manage employee cost rather than give dogs a true nap. It’s hard to justify the cost when dogs are in crates for that long. A 30 or 60 min would be reasonable.
A very understanding, patient, and caring staff. They know each dog personally and their specific traits and personalities and needs. Always a welcoming atmosphere where no pet parent is judged. Cannot recommend Dogtopia enough.

I love the kindness of the staff. My dog Murphy runs in every morning with his tail wagging because he’s so excited to see everybody. Everybody that works there has the most wonderful personality. They have great staff retention. And they go out of their way to make sure that every dog feels loved. They communicate anytime there’s an issue or anything to be concerned about. I always go to work in peace because I know Murphy is so well cared for. He comes home happy and exhausted.
The staff, the environment, the level of comfort knowing our dog is in a safe place.

We love everything about Dogtopia. From the management level to canine coaches, we always feel welcomed. The center is well maintained and clean. Dogs are well taken care of and reinforced, constructive training suggestions are always shared if dogs need a time out or perhaps a cool down. Highly recommend!
You get to choose what time you would prefer to drop off and pick up.
Our dog Millie always has a great time while at daycare. We know she's well looked after, and comes back happy and tired. The staff is friendly, helpful and efficient.

My dogs love you all, they smell great, and they are always so excited to come to daycare. They use to dread going to daycare at other facilities, but something about Dogtopia has them loving daycare!
My dog gets so excited when we are in the car on the way to Dogtopia so I know she loves it there and is well taken care of. She is exhausted when she comes home which gives me even more of a break after I pick her up!
