The employees are very nice and really have a genuine care for animals. They will give my dog his medication from the doctor. This really helps his nerves and he stays relaxed. Great place to leave your dog.

We love being able to book a play day and schedule a grooming session at the end of the day. We love your special events, and the photos on your social media feed. Our doggie comes home tired after a day of play!
Friendly and attentive staff.
I just feel very comfortable leaving my dog overnight. I like how they kept in touch by sending me pictures and I can also watch him on webcam. The couldn't have better employees. You can tell they really care about the dogs.

I like everything about Dogtopia. My one concern is beyond Dogtopia's control; one has to be very careful when driving into and out of the parking lot at Roosevelt Square because you have to cross the sidewalk, where lots of pedestrians are walking. It's a little dangerous for pedestrians. Also, the car traffic is quite busy, so one has to look very carefully when exiting the parking lot and entering the street, to shoehorn into traffic safely. So this makes me a little anxious when driving to and from Dogtopia.
We LOVE Dogtopia! Our dog is always so happy to go to Dogtopia and she is so well taken care of when shes there. The staff love our girl just as much as we do. I highly recommend Dogtopia for daycare, boarding, and grooming!!
My dogs have been treated very well. My previous dog was a senior Beagle, and grooming was very gentle with her.
My new dog is a recent rescue and was taken care of very well. I was told she was ok being bathed, but this was the first time at a groomer. She did very well for Jenna.

The staff here at Dogtopia San Marcos is always welcoming when we walk in the door & are genuinely excited to see Nala. I cannot recommend Dogtopia enough! Leaving my dog somewhere new always makes me anxious, but the team here made us feel completely at ease from day one. They are incredibly attentive, and my dog absolutely loves following the staff around. I also love receiving the daily updates at pick up. My pup always comes home happy and exhausted. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of Nala.
The dogs can interact with other animals and have a good time playing you could board them. You can get them groomed.

Have someone stationed at front desk
My dog was boarded there for five nights. When I got him back he was skin and bones as if he had not eaten. His food container was returned empty. Not sure if that means he ate everything and then ran out or if this is just customary for the business to not return unused food. But my concern is that I was never contacted about Dogba not eating. It is not uncommon for him to be so distracted by other dogs to do eat much, but I feel like this is something that Dogtopia should have at least noticed and made we aware.

The attention, care, and affection they give the dogs are great. I always recommend it to my friends 🫶🏻, and Nacho loves being at Dogtopia.
