We have a very anxious cocker spaniel & I think having someone in the assigned size room all the time is helpful. He follows him/ her around! I watch on their/my doggie cam!

The crew at San Antonio - Alamo were so accommodating. We were traveling in our RV and needed a safe, friendly environment for our boy while we took in the sights. We use Dogtopia at home and knew them to be Cosmo's favorite place to visit. Now he has a great place in San Antonio to play and socialize too. You can tell how much they care by how they interact with the dogs that come in.
The people are caring and conscientious. My digs are very comfortable there.

The employees seem to not care about the dogs. They wander around or are not paying attention while they are in the rooms with the dogs and don’t seem very friendly or interested.
What do I love? Everything! You all are wonderful with my dog but you also have excellent costumer service. I would never go anywhere else.

Everyone knows my dog Hank by name. When I cone to pick him up, they know I am there for Hank.Everyone who works there is so darn nice and you can ten they love their job and our pets.

THE ABSOLUTE BEST Humans on the Planet!
My dog has stayed 3 times over the last year. We always get good reports but there are lots of times I don’t see her on cameras for play time when I check multiple times on different days and times of day. She always acts very “off” when she comes home- she’s very tired (which should be a sign of lots of play but I’m not sure), not as affectionate towards us, seems scared to do typical parts of our routine, doesn’t eat much if at all for several days, etc. She usually comes home with most of her treats but this last time came home with most, if not all of her food. I’ve made it clear she has a sensitive stomach and isn’t to eat other food/treats. When I booked this last stay I was asked about updated shots/vet records and gave our vets info. I was told they would get them from them and I didn’t have to bring anything in. Nothing was said at drop off and then I got a call on the last day of her stay saying they didnt’ have them! I let it be known I was told they would get them from the vet but I question safety when things aren’t being verified BEFORE the dog is dropped off. They have also gotten another dog with the same name mixed up with our dog when we’ve received notifications of reservations we didn’t make. Things just don’t seem very organized in a lot of ways but when I question it, it’s blown off and made to seem like what I”m seeing isn’t true and “everything’s fine”
