Friendly staff & great place for my dog to play especially during the long winter months
Viera Dogtopia was referred to me and it was the best referral ever! They are so wonderful with fur babies and their human parents too. Love all the activities and time spent with the dogs. Our Skyy comes home exhausted from playing with her friends, taking her to Dogtopia has help with her social skills.

I like that staff are friendly and always happy to see my pup. I feel that Dogtopia provides a safe, fun environment for my pup. I have been using them since my pup was a puppy and she is always excited when we pull up! Highly recommend using Dogtopia!
All the associates are wonderful to the dogs and treat both parents and dogs kindly. Couldn’t ask for a better bunch of people to take care of our fur baby.
Staff is great; they seem to know my dog well and greet him (and me) when we arrive. Easy drop off and pick up. Creative playtime. He's always happy to go and happy and tired when he comes home.
Leo absolutely loves Dogtopia! I love him going to socialize and meet other dogs. He loves all the people there too. They nurture and love all their doggy guests!

The staff takes a genuine interest in my dog. I know she is well taken care of and looked after while she is there. There are a lot special activities available for the dogs. I also appreciate the variety of photo days that are available. The staff is very friendly.

After coming there for years and never having a problem, I was very disappointed to pick up my dog to find out that she had eaten something she shouldn't have during the time she was being "supervised" and vomited all night. Thankfully after two sets of xrays at the vet and careful monitoring my dog was able to pass whatever she had consumed and didn't end up needing surgery or endoscopy. However, this cost me over $1,000 and a lot of stress. Aside from this, she came home with dried feces on her back end and nose was scratched and raw from being in the kennel (she has never had a problem in her kennel so this is also alarming). I brought this to the attention of Dogtopia staff and they insisted that it couldn't have been their fault because they don't allow any outside blankets or toys in the kennel area. They also had no explanation for why the webcams were off all Thanksgiving day - despite the Dogtopia policy saying that webcams are only turned off for the 12pm-2pm mid day break and after 7pm at night.

My dog Dolly Last name removed smelled strongly of urine when I picked her up on Sunday 12/14. Her back fur also looked like it had been wet. We could hardly stand to be around her--I had to take her in for a bath today. It would have been nice if I was told and perhaps some money off a bath prior to pick up.
