Friendly, clean, knowledgeable!
We are always happy with Dogtopia. We know our Delilah is happy and safe there. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
My dog loves Dogtopia! The staff are so welcoming when he arrives, and so helpful and accommodating to my needs. I can travel without worry, I know he is well taken care of, and probably just a little spoiled!
I love all the employees you hire! They are great with the dogs and are seriously some of the nicest people I have ever met.
Friendly staff
Dogtopia in West Orange is incredible. They’re so good to our Stephen. We love it there, including our dog. Just sometimes the pricing and charges come out of nowhere and it’s unexpected.
Second dog 1/2 price
We love Dogtopia. This weekend, though, we boarded our pup there and paid for a bath. But when he got home to us, he smelled like he hadn’t been bathed and we had to do it ourselves. I’m not sure if they forgot to bathe him, or if maybe they did it and then let him go back out and play. This hasn’t happened before and I doubt it will happen again, but it was a disappointment.

Everyone I encountered there seemed to be in tune with the animals and their individual personalities. Our first-timer was stressed at first, which is normal, but then she seemed to return to the curious pup we know and love.
Great location, clean, friendly staff
We love Dogtopia and so does Annie! The only thing we feel could improve is the smell, especially in the lobby. Mike and staff are great! We will be buying a 3 day package for each of our dogs.
Lucy continues to love going to DOGTOPIA. She is one happy Pup there! The staff at Dogtopia is kind, loving and they take the best care of Lucy. I definitely recommend Dogtopia.
My Frenchie FrankE loves to go to Dogtopia! He’s living his best life playing wirh his Bestie Gus! The team at Dogtopia really care about the dogs and show lots of love! Thank you to Brie and her team, they are THE BEST!!
We love everything about Dogtopia!!! The caregivers especially are so nice and love the dogs. They always do special activities with and for the dogs. It is awesome that they can get groomed while they are there for their play date!!!! Our two can’t wait to get there!!!!! The owner is also very involved and makes sure everything is top notch!!!! I’d prefer that there not be so many dogs in one room (20+) but instead utilize the Romper room which sits empty most of the time. I’m sure it’s a staffing issue, but j think it would be more beneficial to have smaller groups of dogs for safety and for fun. It would be easier for the caretaker to keep up on all the accidents and be able to pay attention to the dogs. And have to crate them less often when there are less dogs to watch.
I also wish that some of the daycare fun themed days could happen on the weekends as well. And please use the report cards again! They are so cute and great to post online which is free advertising!!
I love the staff's obvious love for the dogs they care for.
I would like more feedback, though, on my dog's day care stay, as far as if she ate her treats, interaction (or lack thereof) with other dogs, etc. It seems every time I get herhome she IMMEDITELY needs to get let outside to "take care of business." she also drinks ALOT of water.
but otherwise, the staff do a great job and I love the "special" days.
Office staff pleasant, interested in my wishes for my dog and Tara always check for Buddy's groom is okay.She treats him with special attention. I rate her AAA+++ and one of the best I had in 50 years.
It would be a 10 if it wasn't for customer service. The front desk staff is so incredibly rude. There is 1 girl who is super sweet, talkative, and friendly. The rest act like they hate their job and hate customers. I usually walk in and I'm completely ignored while they're drinking or snacking. Then I'm just stared at instead of them asking, "how can I help you today?" Etc. I have to tell them what I'm there for. I've really not experienced this in Fort Collins, as this is such a nice town. Then, I tell them what I'm there for and they still don't respond, they just walkie the other employee letting them know my dog was there. I am not told to have a nice day, not told anything. It's honestly wild to me. I don't know if it's just a female to female problem or what. I feel incredibly disrespected immediately upon walking in. I am most likely going to find a new daycare due to the unfriendliness from your female staff members.

Zara seems to need more personal touch. She had not been there in a few years, and was quite nervous. Once she got into her room, she seemed to accept that, but I still think she needed some physical touch. She threw up that night (at home) and it took a full day for her to "recover".
I know most dogs enjoy the play time. Zara runs a lot at the dog park but does not play - just sniffs other dogs and will run with them. Do you have a running track? I've seen some daycare places with small spaces have added them.

Great and convenient
The friendly greetings for me and my Dogs! The excitement they show when we pull up to the front of the building. Then when we get inside they have no hesitation about going way inside with their greeter. When I pick them up they're happy! They also smell good, no stinky dog smells. I only wish it was a bit cheaper so I could take them more often but I realize there is a lot of overhead to pay out. Maybe a little better deal bringing two dogs.
I like the fact that you offer daycare/overnight care if needed. I can also check on my pup throughout the day looking at cameras

I really like Dogtopia.
Spy enjoyed his first visits there a couple years ago. Came home exhausted and dragged me back when he realized that's was where we were walking to.
This time, I saw him sitting in the corner or along the wall by himself a lot.
Not engaging with the other dogs.
I get it that it was an unfamiliar situation. But I would have liked to see the dog coach in the gym encourage dogs to socialize more.
That's why I brought him to Dogtopia. He could have sat alone at home.
