Everything. Specially the love that they have for the dogs. And of course, the rewards program. Yesterday I completed 10 groomings and have this one free.

Remy often is really stinky of urine and after long hours I don’t have the time or energy to clean him up. Also price went up again since last month and I thought I still had a discount. ?

Staff are very kind and welcoming. They look at each dog individually. I have two so they know each one’s personality. They are honest. When kennels cough was there they let us know I think the pups have fun ??

I liked being able to tour the facility and know how the services work. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I love the webcams and seeing the 'crate entry' to be used when a dog is entering a room. Seeing dogs to use the ramps to look thru the windows between rooms cracked me up.

I was visiting from Colorado Springs. Wanted to leave my Buster Brown for a couple of hours to go shopping and eat in a restaurant. They took wonderful care of my puppy and I didn’t feel guilty leaving him.

This was our first time and we are very happy with Victoria grooming our dog.

We love Dogtopia of daybreak! They always do fun activities for the pups! The staff is so kind and I know they love and truly care for my fur babies!!!! My dogs love playing there, they get so much exercise and enjoyment! We are grateful to be part of the Dogtopia family!

Dogtopia staff did an amazing job reassuring me and addressing all the concerns I had boarding my dog for the very first time. They were quick to respond to texts and sent updates (including pictures!) whenever I asked. The spa option after boarding was a huge help to make sure my dog came home clean after several days of play! They were great about administring medications as well.
I do wish that they had someone to check on the dogs throughout the night just in case, especially for dogs like mine who are particularly anxious and have separation anxiety. Other than that, his slow feeder and treat dispensers did have some food/ hair remants on them when we got home so I was slightly worried they weren't cleaning them after use, but that's really my only complaint! Would recommend to anyone looking to board their pup :)

I have never met a dog service who actually cares about your fur baby. They’re fun, interactive activities for them in the day helps stimulate them. And I’m sure it’s fun for the staff as well. Whenever there is a medical issue with my puppy, they are alert about it and they give extra care and concern well having a play date.

The owner is down to earth and extremely personable. I’m really happy we found this place.

The services are great. But honestly, it’s the people who work in it that make it awesome

The service is great and the employees really care. But the cost is high.

The staff is so sweet and friendly, I know my dog is in the best hands when he is there. He loves going and has so much fun.

The people that work there are amazing. They are so good with the dogs and understanding of each dog’s needs and the specific group to place them in. I also love all the special things they do like the recent grinch pictures and photos with Santa and also that you can order a special treat for your dog throughout the day like a filled Kong or a chicken bowl. It makes you feel good that your dog is getting an extra special day. I also like to peek in throughout the day and watch my dog for a few minutes on camera socializing.

Friendly staff

I was told that it would take about 2 hours to bathe and trim my Sheltie. I finally called after 4 hours to find that he was sitting in the drying crate and was ready, but no one had called me. Then when I picked him up, he had not been brushed out. I had to finish brushing him out at home. I’m still getting hair off of him. They didn’t trim his back feet. I was not happy with the job they did.

The Dogtopia in Mckinney makes sure your dog is comfortable and offer a full suite of services. We like being able to log in and watch what is happening on camera. The boarding can be expensive, but we appreciate the service when needed. Facility is nice and clean, and the staff treats your pet as if it is their own.

You had minimal animals in the Toybox and while You only had about three my dog was left to babysit at the front desk. I checked the webcam from about 12.30 and it was cleaned and empty from that time until I picked him up around 5 . I can only assume he was left there from that time until 5 pm If this is a regular occurrence I would like to know. Since I would not take him there in the first place.

The team is wonderful. They are so loving to the dogs. My dog Archie loves going there. They take great care of him and make us feel like our baby is special to them. Considering there are so many dogs I think that is a true testament to excellent service and incredible staff,
