The cost is just to much I spent almost $600 a month for unlimited then all the little add-ons I had to drop to only 2 days a week which is sad because we have been there since he was a baby puppy. We started out only paying 99 a week unlimited
Everyone there loves Cooper!
The staff are always friendly, there is always something fun for the pups; I.e. treats, activities, pictures, and my dog gets excited to go to daycare. Most importantly for me though is the change in my pups behaviors since going to daycare. Training is easier, dog reactivity is decreased, he is calmer and not chewing everything in the house! Daycare has been wonderful for us!

Things are great as long as the staffing is adequate. If the staffing is too low, the dogs spend too much time in crates.

There have just been multiple issues with constant staff changes, policies being broken over and over and I have reached out to corporate and now feel that I get treated differently for bringing these issues to the attention of management. My dog was crated for three hours long and mistreated and this location is my only option. But if these get brought up they will know who I am so I want this confidential.

My dog was sick when we brought him home from Dogtopia. We waited a couple of days before taking him to the vet thinking he would get better but he got worse. We picked him up a week ago from Dogtopia and he’s still sick. He’s a healthy two year-old Lab and he’s never been sick until borded in Dogtopia

Cameras are very faulty, as in they don't always work, the screen freezes up. When traveling it gives me peace of mind knowing I can see her on the camera.
