Everyone is very friendly, knowledgeable, loves my dog (of course!) and great to work with.

Loki came home with paw pad ripped and one is cut. Not sure how that could have happened.
Thank you for your review. We are so sorry to hear that Loki has paw pad injuries. He did enjoy a lot of playtime in the room. When dogs first start with us, it is very similar to when we start a new exercise regimen. Blisters or cracking can occur with sudden increase in exercise. We truly enjoyed seeing Loki have such a good time playing and hope to see you both again soon!
Where to begin! Everyone is so kind to me and my Walter who can be a handful to say the least. They truly love and care for him and Walter can sense it. I appreciate all the extra stuff they do like the time they bathed him free of charge when he had a diarrhea accident. And gave him some probiotics so settle his system. It’s such a comfort to know my dog is safe and having the best day ever when he’s at Dogtopia! He literally leaps for joy when he knows he’s going to “happy day”!
Very satisfied with facility, but an outdoor play space might make it more appealing to some people.

The staff was so friendly and spent time with me answering all of my questions before our first visit. When we arrived with our puppy, we were greeted at the door with a very warm welcome and it made me feel so comfortable leaving our puppy. Lola had a great day playing and came home very tired from all the fun. I was impressed with how clean the facility is and the app is very user friendly!

Staff is always friendly and I like that our puppy is socialized and taken care of. There are always lots of dogs to play with and I like that there is constant supervision.

Compared to other locations, dogtopia nickel and dimes the crap out of you and it is more expensive. No one ever explained packages or options.

We were surprised to hear how many dogs you keep in one play room together, which is likely why our dog did not pass the evaluation. We use a different Dogtopia location where we live and they have more rooms with way less dogs allocated to each room. I can understand why my dog did not pass the evaluation at your facility but has had no problems at our location. Your facility seems pretty stressful for dogs. The staff at the front informed me on that day there were 38 dogs in one play room! The staff were all very nice and easy to work with, but your capacity is a disappointment.

From the moment we came in from the meet and greet, the staff have been super nice and informative. My puppy loves it there and he gets a lot of socialization. I like that they have daily activities or treats to offer the dogs. I enjoy watching the Webcam of what my puppy is doing as well.
My dog always seems happy to see the Dogtopia staff, and they all recognize her by name even though she only visits once a week (I've even had staff members recognize her outside of Dogtopia, when we ran into them walking their own dogs). She always comes home tired and happy. It makes me confident I'm leaving her somewhere that the people care about her and she feels safe.
Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. My dog jumps out in open arms everytime we pull up!
Every staff member has been extremely friendly and welcoming, great with communication and open about plans and pricing. They know customers and their dogs by name and seem really personally invested in the well-being of each dog!
