Everything ! My dogs came back home happy and they smell good after the bath.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dogtopia of Greensburg!! Every single employee cares about our dogs like they are their own. When our little beagle, Rusty, was sick, every person we interacted with showed such concern for him and when he passed away, they even posted about it online as a tribute. Our other dogs, Charlie and Sadie, absolutely love going there! We can’t even say the word daycare without them starting zoomies!! We’re so lucky to have Dogtopia!

Harper is a Pomsky with a very thick coat, and the team at Dogtopia did a beautiful job grooming her! Her fur looks gorgeous, shiny, and smells amazing. Thank you so much for taking such great care of her — we really appreciate it!
Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They really get to know the dogs. My dog is very high energy and he is exhausted after a day at Dogtopia. The hours they are open for very well with my healthcare hours which can be unusual. I highly recommend Dogtopia Geneva.

Dogs are supervised, staff is nice friendly and experienced with dogs and behaviors. Schedule can be flexible.
Everyone is wonderful. Our Nellie was shy at first but everyone worked with her to make her feel safe and happy. They really take care of her and go the extra mile letting you know if anything is going on. We are so grateful for everyone at Dogtopia.

I appreciated I was able to bring my dog in to be groomed over the weekend.
I was disappointed in her haircut. I didn’t feel the groomer listened to me. Too much taken off the top of her head, bloomers cut odd with a strip right down her center but nothing else. No attention to my dog’s tummy. What I paid vs what I got didn’t match.
Everyone we have talked with at this location has been friendly, helpful and just seems to love dogs.

One thing we specially like is that the greeting staff makes an effort to review what dogs are on the schedule for that day. When we arrive with Lacey, they call her by name even though we are not regular customers as we live out of town. The greeting makes us feel better about birding Lacey for a couple of days!!!!

Everyone is very friendly. They know who I am and who my dog is before I enter the building. The service is very professional at all times and I feel completely comfortable leaving my dog whenever I book her in.
I love that everyone knows Packer and loves him. The biggest difference that made me switch from taking Packer to Pet Paradise was how much play time he gets throughout the day. We do not crate him so the fact that he is in an environment where he is not crated 90% of the time is worth the change. I also like how I can see him throughout the day on camera. I also like that you all provide more than just day care and overnight service. It's nice to know I have the option for him to get a haircut, special training, and the themed activities you provide.

Friendly staff. Like the ability to check in on my dog with the webcams. Like that there is a safe place for my dog with separation anxiety to be.

The moment my dogs get out of my car they rush to go inside , the employees are always happy to see them again and greet them as if they were part of their family . My dogs run to the door ,they can’t wait to go play with their friends . They don’t even look back at me .

When I board our dog i wish I could get a report on how he did. It’s nice to be able to watch the webcams but a human description of his stay would be nice.
