The groomer that groomed, Sasha, was brand new, his first day on the job, and he did a horrible job. I explicitly told them not to cut the hair coming out of her ears, and he did.. The left hindquarters is shaved down to the skin, and the right it’s nowhere close to the same. Her belly is not cut close toward her privates. On the second day, another groomer jumped in first thing and said she would work on the things that were done wrong. And I guess she did OK. I will not allow this new guy to ever touch my dog again. And I don’t know how many groomers you have. On a good note, everyone was extremely nice and kind, and I think her day at the daycare did her a lot of good. When she is due for another appointment for her haircut, I will call ahead to make sure of the groomer that would be grooming my dog. Then I will re-evaluate my criticisms.
Dug loves his Dogatopia family. The pups are so much fun to play with and the staff is wonderful. They take great care of all of us!!!!
Staff is incredibly friendly, knows every dog by name and cares deeply about the wellbeing of the pups. Signing up for daycare is so easy. My pup is young and still learning to be separated and I love that I can check on her on the camera. Drop off and pick up are less than 5 minutes which is awesome when heading to or from work!

Dogtopia is the best doggie daycare I've ever taken my fur kids to. The facility is top notch. It's bright, clean, comfortable and convenient. The staff is amazing! You can see how much they care about the pups. The events and photos are so much fun. And I enjoy the camera that allows me to see my little guy throughout the day. I highly recommend them!!
Scheduling is easy and the dogs have a wonderful time every time they go.
I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience at Dogtopia. I dropped my dog off at 8 AM and picked him up at 5 PM, hoping he’d get a full day of socialization. Instead, almost every time I checked the facility's live cameras, he was locked in a crate.
I understand the standard 12-2 PM nap time, and I know dogs sometimes need a quick timeout to de-escalate. But my dog was put in a crate a little after 3 PM and left there until I picked him up at 5 PM—on top of spending a good amount of time in a crate in the morning. Over an hour and a half is not a "de-escalation" timeout.
The most frustrating part was pickup. When I asked an associate if there was a reason he was crated so much, I was simply lied to. They told me he had a "wonderful day playing with all the dogs all day," with zero explanation for the excessive crate time I watched with my own eyes. If I wanted my dog stuck, I would have left him at home for free. I paid for him to play and socialize, and that didn’t happen.

We had an emergency and had to bring our two dogs in for a weekend stay, FRI PM to MON AM. Unfortunately, Hunter, again, came back with a Kennel cough like he did the past two times when we dropped both dogs off.
Three visits to Dogtopia and three times we had him get this nasty cough. It is disappointing that one of my dogs comes back from the kennel worse than how he entered.

Flexible and caring, I never felt more at ease dropping my puppy off for the day. You all are extremely friendly and know not only the dogs but their owners as well. Communications are always open and positive.
All staff are amazing!! Friendly, professional and always so welcoming for with Oakley. They offer lots of treats and activities to keep the dogs busy and active during their stay. Also a big part of feeling confident and comfortable leaving Oakley at daycare is the wellness checks that are done on a regular basis. If there is ever an issue or he is not well I receive a phone call right away.
I would highly recommend using Dogtopia for your daycare.
Friendly people and they take good care of my dog. But I have to repeatedly ask for an invoice after an appointment and there are still occasions where I haven’t received one.
I love that my pup gets excited everytime we pull in! He loves the staff and all of his doggy friends!

Wish attendant paid more attention to my dog. She seems very “lost” and stressed when she’s at daycare. Haven’t noticed (on camera) any interaction with the attendant It would be helpful if they would occasionally pet her or give her some attention.
She is new to this type of an environment.
Friendly staff
I have referred several dog parents to Dogtopia. I am not sure if anyone has scheduled a meet and greet. I wish staff would share their name or wear a name badge. Also, I am not sure the team is consistently sharing issues that may require training to correct.
