Excellent team that know the dogs. Clean and spacious. Extended hours make pick up and drop off easy and unstressful. Willing to work with last minute requests. Treat days and photo oops. Wish I could see them outside more. On the down side the apps are super spotty and open don’t work which is on the things I really like about their time there . Care is taken to place dogs with like size and sentiment which I appreciate.
Everyone is very friendly and very helpful. My dog had a great time at the daycare.

Dogs are always monitored while they are at Dogtopia.
They care about each dog and make sure they are comfortable and playing safe.
They also provide care and enough break time and rotation time depending on how active the dogs are. Overall I am very happy with the care my dog is getting in Dogtopia.
Our dog loves her weekly trip to Dogtopia for doggy day care! It gives her the socialization she craves in a safe, monitored environment.
I think the dogs need more directed activities offered throughout the day. At most there are one or two towers for them to climb and sit on and that's it. Although my dog enjoys being there, often she is seated by herself and not doing much. She does seem to enjoy attention from the attendant, and will frequently look for contact with the person. I also think the physical space for the dogs needs to be bigger. Many times, there are a lot of dogs in there that don't have a spot or area where they can just sit and observe. My dog can be seen moving from one spot to another.
I also have a problem with the boarding arrangement in that the dogs are left alone for almost twelve hours without a bathroom break, checking by a person, a snack, while being left in a crate. I won't board my dog there for those reasons, even though I like the attendants and believe they are kind to the dogs.
Very long wait time to get my pets things together when I arrived. Also the smell is very overwhelming when you walk in.
Overall really appreciate the team and your flexibility.
Staff at Dogtopia were friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable of the business as well as the dog temperament. Junior was awesome! I appreciated the cleanliness of the facility (waiting area smelled fresh) as well as the tour that was given on the first day of meet and greet. I loved that dogs are initially screened for temperament prior to allowing them to join the daycare. One of the things that drew me to Dogtopia was the live camera feed, daily activities for the dogs as well as the crate breaks for naps during the lunch hours. Our family was appreciative of how they made our dog’s first day a special one with a photo of him as well as an announcement in the weekly newsletter. So glad we decided to come to Dogtopia!
The staff at Dogtopia are great! My sweet pup absolutely loves to see them (and all of her doggie friends)!
Try to do a better job at monitoring poor dog behavior and intervene sooner
The staff is very friendly and I love that I can watch my dog on the dog cam during the day.
She’s always happy to arrive and she has staff members she has to say goodbye to before she goes home.

My dog has greatly benefited from his time at Dogtopia. He is more relaxed around other dogs and a bit less fearful of strangers. He definitely enjoys his time there!
The employees are the best thing about Dogtopia! They are so kind and caring to every single dog (even my crazy boy!). I also love the ability to watch my dog when I am at the office. This really makes it special and unique to see how much fun he is having everyday that he is there!
The friendly atmosphere and supervised structured play areas for our dogs. The WebCams are awesome when you just need to see your doggy. I am happy when I see that Bruce is happy! 🐶🐕 The socializing with other doggy makes it worth it and fun!
I feel that my dog is safe and well taken care of when they are in your care. I like that you have spa services that I can take advantage of and of course we like the photos and treat days. The people who work at my local dogtopia are wonderful!

Dogtopia is an everyday playground for my dog. My dog starts crying when I pull up and jumps out of the car even before the door fully opens. She is so happy and exhausted when she gets home. The staff is amazing and truly knows and loves your dog. I would recommend Dogtopia to anyone and have. Thank you Dogtopia for a safe place to bring my furry heart.

Its very obvious that everyone there loves all the pups. The onboarding process was easy and very thorough. My normally shy, nervous doxie seemed happy and at home on his first day. Looking forward to many fun, happy days for him at Dogtopia!
