I love Dogtopia! I bring my dog there to get groomed, and they are so nice to both of us and LOVE my pup! Customer service and communication is 10/10, and my pup always comes out looking so handsome!
Everybody was so pleasant & helpful.
Overall, we appreciate the care and attention given to our dog at daycare. One area that could be improved is the smell inside the facility. At times, the location smells strongly of dog urine and wet/dirty dogs, and our dog has occasionally come home smelling the same way. Because of this, we usually schedule a bath after daycare. Improving ventilation and odor control would really enhance the experience for both pets and owners.
Friendly staff, always willing to work with you regarding your dog's quirks.
I have newfoundland, who summer weather can be a challenge. The indoor play areas are perfect for the stimulation she needs when its 100+ outside.

My English Bulldog, Buttons, has been coming to Dogtopia for about 2.5 years now. She LOVES it! She has so many BFFs, who give her a run for her money. Her favourite hoomans in the whole wide world treat her so well, like she is their own dog. It’s very apparent that the staff all love dogs. They have lovingly taken care of all of her boo boos (and she gives them a daily opportunity to practice their first aid and cuddling skills) and gotten her through a few other bumps in the road.
I think that their biggest endorsement is from Buttons herself. She knows when it’s time to head to Dogtopia. She beats me to the car. She pouts and throws stink eye all day long if she can’t go to Dogtopia. She is a character and the Dogtopia team is amazing!

It Is Clean & Very welcoming as Also Very Colorful & Bright...very Caring & sweet Staff, Yet a Bigger Outside Backyard would be Awesome.
Little Tim Tam loves going to his school. He loves the staff as do I. He is a little guy and I have full confidence they will keep him safe. Management is consistent (not a rotating door) and willing to listen. I'm so lucky to live near Rock Hill Dogtopia!
