Staff is very nice, dropping off and pickup is easy, hours are great, but most of all I see my pup playing and having fun. He comes home completely worn out.

i like dogtopia because kash get excited with staff walking in the office. Also he be tired in the evening. kash doesnt bark at other dogs there big or small at home he bark at dogs and some people. I can admit he has gotten better since coming to daycare. Its been two years kash going to grooming and the spa. Long as kash enjoying going I'll continue to send him
The whole staff is friendly and obviously love dogs!
I think the only thing that I don’t like is it they the dogs do not go outside for walks. I came to pick up my dog after his first day of dog care. And I’m not sure if it’s your cleaning solution I mean your whole building smells of this odd scent , my dog smelled exactly like it so perhaps it’s a cleaning solution. It just smelled terrible. I had to give him a bath when he came home, but I might be very sensitive to certain chemical smells. I’m not sure if Dogtopia is the right fit for my dog. Everyone there was very pleasant and nice and very accommodating. I think he was a little stressful as well being in a room full of large dogs. I think I would’ve been a little bit happier if he was in a room with more dogs his size.
Just seemed like an awful lot of dogs in the room he was with.
Improve Pricing model to make it more reasonable for more often visits and repeated customers. Some space for outdoor play during great weather/summer days.
The webcams are great. You can always check to see how your dog is doing. It's clean and the staff are attentive and friendly!!

I like that there is a doggy cam and there is always someone in the room with the dogs.
When we came in initially did our meeting great the young lady and I forgot her name took us around introduces some of the staff got to look the window and go outside looking all the rooms they gave us a very good spill as far as everything they do and things that would go on and we loved having our dog go and he has loads of fun he can't wait to go and have fun and see his friends
My pup, Leo seemed to have a good experience. When I took him back for his second day, he did not shake or seemed like he was scared.
Carrie is the best groomer. I have been using Carrie for both my dogs for 14 years and would use no one else.

My dog Wiley has loved going to Dogtopia for daycare for over 5 years, and our new rescue Nacho is now joining him for the fun. Thank you for taking great care of my dogs and giving them a chance to socialize and play. I appreciate the great service and responsiveness to my questions from the Dogtopia team as well!

We absolutely love bringing our dog Jaxon to Dogtopia in Owings Mills! He has so much fun every time he goes and always comes home happy, tired and excited for his next visit.
The staff is truly wonderful, so caring, attentive, and clearly passionate about the dogs. Jaxon makes sure to greet the staff when he arrives and when he is heading home. I can see how he loves them!
It gives us peace of mind knowing that he's in a safe, caring environment where he's looked after and gets to play all day. We truly appreciate how much they care about the dogs. Jaxon loves it and so do we! 🐾

I love how friend everyone is... Elsa loves her friends and everyone who works there. I couldn't ask for anything better than Dogtopia. We have tried other facilities in the past and we ended up coming back to Dogtopia because of how much they truly care about the dogs. I can trust they take care of her like I do and they love on her. She is extremely spoiled getting tons of attention because she loves the attention. She is a Golden Doodle so of course she loves to follow everyone around.
Everyone is super friendly, and the process was great. They did so good with a slow introduction for my 5 month old puppy. Loved the experience and I will be continuing to take my dog there.
A little bit better communication - I'd like to know if my puppy when potty and when while he's in daycare.
The staff are awesome! Our dogs love going there. We can’t say the word”daycare”‘until we are ready to go because they get so excited. Dogtopia is the BEST!!!!
Dogtopia in Milford is very organized and my dog is always excited to go. I love the Webcam so I can watch him playing and he's always playing. He gets his exercise with other dogs all day and that's just what he needs.
