My dog looks like she enjoyed staying at Dogtopia. The staffs is kind and welcoming.
The smell in the facility is very strong when you walk in. The smell itself makes the place look unsanitary and unsafe for my pets. I am lucky I only take them there when I come to visit my son and his family in Oceanside.

The people who staff greeting and pick-up are phenomenal.

Staff is friendly and understands the dogs needs. Convenient and easy to drop off and pick up no waiting in line to pay. I enjoy watching my dog on the web cams playing and socializing with other dogs and staff.
The staff are so nice, welcoming and care for the dogs. They treat the dogs like their own. Liam loves going and is always excited. I know he’s in good hands when I leave him.

I love everything about the Millard Dogtopia location!!! I searched for the best place I could trust to help with our my youngest daughter's pup who has anxiety, and we found it! The staff is amazing with Murphy, whether it is daycare, grooming, or extended stays. When I saw this, I made an appointment for my oldest daughter to get her corgi, Lenny, in and she along with Lenny, love this location as well!!! So happy to have found a place we can both trust with our family's pups.

We have only been going for a few months and just love it. The staff loves their furry friends and so kind. My little pup gets so much attention and comes home tired. We love being a part of the Dogtopia community!

Please do a better job of cleaning the floors after the dogs go potty. I noticed that the person never rinses or cleans the mop between messes. They’re just leaving urine on the mop and using it to “clean up” the next mess. It’s very unsanitary.

Urine smell is overwhelming. I know theyre dogs and go wherever, but Ive seen other daycare that are able to mitigate some of it with dedicated bathroom areas/times.
