Convenient, clean and seem to play and like the dogs.

I like the fact that I am able to check in on my dog at any point in his stay during daycare, through the live webcams. As well, it’s convenient that I am able to get grooming services all done at the same place.
Be more flexible around your payment program. I don't feel it is fair that I have to pay an amount for the week or 3 days and then if I cant make the days I am unable to utilize the unused days from the previous week. That is not really good customer service
I like Dogtopia because the staff is friendly and they show kindness toward my dogs.
I was disappointed in the lack of urgency from staff. It took 20 minutes to pickup. I have gone to different daycares as I travel for work and this was the longest I have had to wait. Also, when watching the camera I could see my dog trying to play with the staff while the staff was dancing and texting ignoring the dogs right in front of the camera. Lastly, when being explained “deals” for memberships, they actually cost more than scheduling individual days. I was optimistic about the location and website but will be waiting until some of these issues are resolved.
Tobi and Leeloo have so much fun and come home nice and tired after their boarding stays! :)

Everyone is extremely friendly to me and truly loves their doggie customers. They offer daycare and overnight boarding services, as well as special events (for a fee). I have been bringing my dogs there for years.
Great staff - all are so great with our girl . They have a wide variety of events each month generally themed around any holidays. The hours are very accommodating and the facility is very clean - I highly recommend !

I love the staff, and Chewy has to greet them all. She recently recognized one employee who was working at Pets Earth and was very excited to see him.
I love to watch her on the webcam as she barks in all the other dogs faces. She comes home tired and content.
It’s important that she has dog friends and has time to be a dog.

Friendly staff, they open very early and close late, which is very convenient when you work full time and have commute time of around 45min. Having online cameras is good to monitor how the dogs are and how they are treated.

The staff is very friendly and genuinely love dogs and you feel good dropping your dog off with them, that they are going to take care of them and make them feel loved while they are there. I also love the web cams so I can check on my dog and see how he's doing throughout the day.

Small dog space option, In & outdoor space, nap time if there for a long period, can view pet on line, have trained staff that is friendly & caring.
I wasn’t able to tour the facility and I wasn’t able to look at all of the care rooms because the cameras were not all working. I’m still a little fuzzy on the pricing.
