Our dog LOVES visiting Dogtopia. I'm very impressed in the fact that the staff members know every dog by name. We have recommended Dogtopia to many people we have met at park visits.
We really like how the staff at Dogtopia in Plymouth are super friendly when they greet you during drop off/pick up. They instantly called Mose by name even though he was brand new to visiting them. It was like he was a “regular” visitor at Dogtopia. We boarded our 6 1/2 golden retriever for five days while we took a little vacation to visit family in SC.
Dogtopia sent us an email update on how Mose was doing, along with three pictures of a very happy pup. This made us feel very comfortable and at ease knowing our boy was being well taken care of. We loved watching Mose on webcam playing with the other dogs. It was a great experience for him to socialize and play.
We would highly recommend Dogtopia to other dog owners.

I love how excited Beau, my dog, becomes when I just mention Dogtopia. The staff is very knowledgeable as well as welcoming and calm and gentle with the dogs. The cameras are great so you can check on your dog at any time, except rest time. I have never heard any thing negative about Dogtopia.

The people are the best!
I had my baby Harley Bean there for a few months but have sadly withdrawn her. There were a few things that caused this desision. One due to her not having outdoor bathroom time she has brought that behavor home and has begun to use the bathroom inside and in turn our other dogs are following her. Another reason was I just did not feel she was enjoying herself. Everytime I would check in on her through the webcams she was always just laying there observing, she never seemed to really play much. The main final reason was the issue with fleas. I live over an hour from the facility and work another 20 mins from the facility and when I have to pick her up due to findinf 2 to 3 fleas on her it becomes an issue for work for me. I can not take days off or leave early without the chance of loosing my job. I understand the concern you have and while she is on medication to prevent fleas we live in the country and I can not look her over every morning after she jumps in the car to make sure there is nothing on her.
I did like the friendliness of the staff and the ability to look in on her while she was there. Anytime she went to have a spa day I always knew she would be pretty again (not her dirty country dog self).
I will recommend people to you I will just not be recommending yall to folks that live in the country only my city friends.

The loving care they have shown to my three pups has been incredible. My furies had initially just been around one another. They get excited when they arrive to day care. Being able to also see them have fun with others is also so assuring. Thanks Doggtopia of Owings Mills MD.
Friendly caring for the dogs
- The pickup and drop-off waits are too long.
- Pricing is also borderline prohibitive. I want to keep coming but it's unlikely I can afford it much longer (unlimited monthly plan currently, the lower options are not worth the $$).
- My pup always smells atrocious after daycare. I bathe her weekly due to coming, but I honestly need to do it daily. She doesn't play outside at home, so this is entirely from daycare. $30 baths are wild when she only smells because of the daycare. I think unlimited plans should come with a free weekly bath.

It was a great experience in grooming! We had waited really to long because our last groomer did not do as we asked and my dog was not happy as well.
On this visit the groomer came out and explained what needed to be done as it was really past time for a cut. She explained the charges and why. The greet staf was friendly as well.
When I picked her up, she was very happy and well groomed. After coming home, she was running around and very playful.

Dogtopia is a safe, fun place that we can bring our dog and we know he's cared for just as much as he is at home!! The facility is clean, the pricing is reasonable, and we always appreciate the flexibility when we need to bring him to daycare or boarding (or daycare turns into boarding!). I love that they have events during each month and snacks we can choose for our dog to receive. Every worker has been thoughtful and kind. We love seeing him on the webcam!

Staff is always dialed in, kind and conversational. They always have a tab on my dog and give feedback about her. Clean facility, Webcams, well behaved dogs.
The front desk is friendly and able to handle most questions. If I have an issue with the app, and it is within service hours, I can call and if they're too busy to answer the phone at the time, they'll call back in a timely manner to handle the issue.
I love how you all are wonderful with the dogs! I think it’s great you raise money for vets getting dogs. You all are the best.
