It’s expensive, especially if you have two dogs
All the staff is super friendly and I feel comfortable leaving my dog with them. Everyone cares deeply about the dogs they work with on a daily basis.

I’m not in love with the idea that the dogs don’t go outside, remain in one room with the potential for 30 dogs to be in that space together.

I am retrying Dogtopia for the third time. The staff seemed good this time and my dog was not stressed. I need time before I would recommend. Previous tries have not been what I would hope for.
Love how the safety of the dogs always seems to come first. Dogs are separated by size and the staff is very nice and communicative through phone and email.
Great staff! Love the web cams (wish there were no blind spots like by the doors). I really like that there’s always at least one person in the room with the dogs. The option to have the dog taken for walks is great!

Staff, space
The staff are super friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Scheduling appt. for services is very easy and requests are handled expeditiously.
My boy, Buddy, is always super excited to get be there and play. The webcams are helpful because it lets me know he is being cared for. It gives me great comfort to know he is in good hands at Dogtopia.
I really enjoy the fact that I can watch my dog having fun on camera.
But in this particular visit, the human in the playroom spent over an hour and a half drawing multiple racetracks on the floor. She did lead the dogs a bit but I feel like the time in general could have been better spent engaging with dogs. Mine dog really let's the ball being thrown around. And he just laid in the corner instead.
I brought him in so he can play with a variety of different dogs and socialize on a more personal level. But the dogs weren't encouraged and/or playing with the human.
While at home watching him, I showed my husband and we were both disappointed and in lack of fun my dog was having.
We did discuss going and picking him up early.
When I picked him up I was told he was playing with a specific dog, I must have missed it.
As it currently stands, I am unsure if I am going to take him back.
The team does a great job of ensuring our dog has a great experience and the dogs are well supervised.
The facility is very spacious and very organized and very clean

Friendly staff, clean facilities, and very accommodating. My dog runs to the door each day I drop her off. They have plenty of pet events/activities and specialty days for the pets. They also donate to the communities, especially our veterans.
Found out about Dogtopia years ago. My first dog Rogan (mini Poodle) loved it there. She met other pups and as a older dog, she was well tended to. She was able to rest when needed and she got lots of attention from the staff. We were able to watch her on webcam.
Our new pup 1 year Remington, (Toy Poodle) went there for his trial meet and greet the other day. I watched him on webcam in the office, and he jumped in and got right to playing. Then I left him there for a few hours. He was one very happy and exhausted puppy. He's going back on Mon, Tues & Wednesday for play dates and is being boarded overnight the following week. Remington gets to play all day. He's a happy little guy! We are happy parents!
