I have been coming to the Dogtopia in Elsmere for much of my dog's 8 year life. Through multiple owners, managers, staff and such. I so appreciate the dog handlers - they do an excellent job and take great care of my dear pet.
Over the past year or so, the main disappointment and concern I have is the smell in the lobby and the overall care of the facility. I have not ever been back where the dogs are, but the fact that the lobby has such a strong odor and is dirty overall, makes me concerned about the overall condition of the facility in general. I know Dogtopia is sensitive to using chemical cleaners and such that may risk health of the pets and care givers, but there must be something that can be done periodically to bring it back up to the level of care and cleanliness I so appreciated from before.

It's evident from day one that the team at Dogtopia Milford care about their furry customers. They quickly got to know our puppy and played an important role in his socialization which has been very successful and allowed him to function well in other public settings. They take good care of our dog and I never have to worry about his well being, which is not a small thing when it comes to our pets. I also appreciate their support on administrative matters, making it very easy to book services, and generally benefit from our membership. We have also utilized this location for boarding and it was a huge relief to know our fur baby was in great hands while we traveled. I highly recommend Dogtopia of Milford, the team there is attentive and feel like true partners in the care and development of your pet.
Excellent staff, kind, friendly and patient. Prices are very reasonable. Close to our location. They have fun events and treat days for each month.

We bring our dogs here all the way from South Denver because the place is very clean, and it feels like all the employees genuinely care about the dogs that stay there! We will be back soon!
The staff and management are welcoming, thoughtful and attentive. Our dog absolutely loves daycare at Dogtopia in downtown Evanston and we appreciate the care he gets from everyone there.
My dog loves dogtopia. He gets so excited when we go there and is happy as can be when we pick him up. The staff are friendly and we have never had an issue. The icing on the cake, unlike other boarding places we have tried, my dog had not developed an infection here once. That is worth a lot to me.
I love how all the works treat my dogs as their own! I never have to be worried about my dogs wellbeing while I am away!
Everyone at Dogtopia of Valley Forge is a true dog lover and they treat my pup like one of their own. I always feel good about leaving my dog in their care because I know she will be safe and treated well.
Love the friendly welcoming staff and great facilities. We have a monthly membership there and our dog really enjoys his weekly socials with his peers.
My dog loves Dogtopia so much, he cannot wait to go and play with his friends in the morning. He loves the daily treats he gets, and the people who take care of him every day when he's there.

I am very happy with the Garden City Park location and I want to say that the issues I noted the last time I did a survey have all been addressed and things are running well. A few of the things I like about Dogtopia.
The open areas with option to go outside. The choice of rooms for dog size and personality. Great to have a back up for a day away from home. Option for a bath if needed.The staff is great & always willing to help!
We always know that our two elder dogs are well cared for and loved. Their special needs are met with love.
Birdie absolutely loves Dogtopia.
She comes home exhausted and happy and is always ready for her next visit.

Nestlie was healthy and her regular self when I picked her up. I liked how the personnel seemed to know her which means they interacted with her.
I liked that they asked before giving her special treats. I am always concerned with her having reactions to foods such as with with beef. So I want to be around for when she tries new foods.
And she smelled wonderful after her bath.

Th workers at the front desk were lovely. But I don’t think my dog was properly taken care of during his boarding on Sunday, I consistently checked if they had let him out, and they did for 10min afterwards he was in the dark for the rest of the day. Additionally, when I picked him up and got home he chugged water (something he never does), so I assume he didn’t have a lot of water available to him during his stay. I have left him at boarding at other dogtopia locations before (Houston Gallerias), and they would in fact let the dogs out even on Sundays for prolonged periods of time. Was very disappointed.
