My dog was caged for at least 40 minutes that I could see via web cam. They said she was hyper (she’s a terrier!)! They lied to me about the amount of time she was confined and when she would be allowed out of the cage. Too many excuses as of why she was confined! She had been going for over a year and we had a similar problem so we took a break from the facility. I then decided to try it again. Same problem. She was kennel trained but during the pas year she refuses to go near her crate. She actually crawls on her belly to avoid her crate which I accept as not wanting to go in. Now I know why, they were using the crate as a form of punishment for her and I’m sure for other dogs. They also lied to me as to the length of time she was confined and gave me several different excuses! UNACCEPTABLE! Glad for the web cam for allowing a concerned owner to see and note the amount of time their pup has been confined. When she got home she cautiously approached me and just want to literally crawl on my lap as opposed to her usually jumping up! I will never recommend your facility to anyone!

I love she has a full day of play time. The staff is very friendly and welcomes my pup every time. I love that we can watch on the webcam and I know our girl is taken care of.
The staff at Dedham Dogtopia are extremely friendly, supportive and accommodating. My puppy is excited to go there. The staff are very caring and attentive to all the dogs and the puppies love their friend and play times.

I like the peace of mind I get with the unlimited plan. Being able to drop my dog Kyle off anytime during the day to play is so convenient. I don’t need to worry about him not being entertained while I nap all day after working night shift. Staff takes great care of him, no worries

Key Behaviors of a Happy, Well-Adjusted Daycare Dog:Relaxed Body Language: Soft eyes, relaxed mouth (sometimes appearing to "smile"), and a mid-level tail, rather than high (stiff) or low (scared) positions.Playful Socialization: "Play bows" (lowering front legs, raising rear), voluntary interaction with other dogs, and taking turns in games.Respectful Boundaries: Respecting other dogs' personal space and stopping play when signaled.Balanced Energy: High energy is okay, but they should be able to calm down and take breaks, often resting for 2–4 hours for every few hours of play.Behaviors Indicating Stress or Poor Fit:Excessive Fear or Aggression: Hiding, showing teeth, stiff body movements, or deep growls.Overstimulation: Constant, frantic barking, jumping, or mounting.Inability to Settle: A dog that runs around for 8–10 hours without resting is overstimulated and needs a break or is not suitable for that environment.

I had to go to the hospital last minute and not knowing how long I would be. They accepted Murphy last minute and he is always wagging his tail when I look in on the live feed cameras.
There are SO many FUN activities for my babies. I also LOVE the spa services. I know it’s not technically a service, but your staff are hands down the BEST!! They call each pup by name and care. 🩷
What did pay for? When I called in to make an appointment for P'nut the last time, I asked for a face, feet , fanny trim. When I got there Victoria who treated him on our first visit did a full body cut n wash and charged me $75. So the last time P'nut came in she said $75 without looking in the computer. And I said, for a face feet fanny trim? He's not getting a total hair cut like last time I said. I said, just a face feet fanny and she said oh yeah and looks down at the computer its $45 Victoria said, he doesn't need his face cut. I said, yeah he does especially the eyes. When I called in to bring him back she said All she did was put some eye stain for the eyes she told me afterwards which did no good and sprayed a bunch of cologne on him and didn't even give him a bath. When I called in about it they said he didn't get a feet face fanny. There was some confusion bout grooming. Huh? So if you didn't do face feet fanny and he didn't need a full body hair cut and you didn't give him bath and cut his hair on the his face and left hair on his fannycompletelyon one side. What did I pay for and why you refused to correct your mistake when I asked to bring him back in? And you just refunded my money. Is this how you treat everyone who calls in not satisfied? You sprayed all that perfume on his without my permission and I wanted it washed off and correct the grooming I asked for.he was just in there a month ago
You don’t have an outdoor component, very confusing during potty training.
I like the extras you provide and the cameras so I can see him throughout the day. All the staff is very friendly.
