Carrie is amazing! So patient and sweet with the dogs! You can tell she really cares about them!
We’ve been to several places to have,out two doodles groomed but this place was by far the best job we’ve seen for our doodles. The staff is friendly and accommodating and Kelcey’s groom was 2nd to none. We’ve already book the next appointment.
Cj did an excellent job on both our puppy’s and would recommend her to anyone and everyone! She did such an excellent job that we will be using her from now on to keep our dogs groomed and smelling great! Dogtopia at this location was very nice and understanding of our fear of groomers as pet smart don’t make any pet owner comfortable with there services!
The people are AMAZING!! That's number one. Also, the facility is clean and smart and I felt very comfortable with everything. I have never boarded our dog before and I had the best experience.
Kind, caring staff and management. Very flexible when I boarded my dog for 7 weeks after I had surgery. I wasn’t sure when I could safely bring her home, and they were super accommodating when I needed to push the date out several times. My dog was well taken care of by everyone there. I highly recommend Dogtopia for daycare and boarding. I also like that they have 3 different playrooms depending on the size of your dog, and my small dog was able to be with other small dogs.

We have had a tough time meeting the exercise requirements of our two high-energy Vizslas throughout this particularly cold and snowy winter, and I'm so glad we turned to Dogtopia of Plymouth for help providing them with the physical and mental stimulation they need to be happy! The staff at this location are kind, knowledgeable, and so passionate about providing the best experience for their canine and human customers. My dogs are so excited to go to 'camp' in the morning, stay busy exploring the playroom all day, and come home sleepy and fulfilled (and even with a nail trim upon request). I highly recommend Dogtopia of Plymouth for any dog parents who need a little extra help caring for their canine friends!
The socialization and playtime with other dogs. My dogs come home tired after a day of playing with friends. We love the themed days and activities that the canine coaches do with them.

I like that there is low turner over in staff at the Dulles location so the employees and dogs get to know each other better. Staff is always friendly and courteous.
Very convenient, I don’t have to worry about my dog at all. He gets so much activity and no longer even needs a bark collar at home. He is a high energy dog that is completely chill after a day at daycare. The workers show much compassion to the dogs. I watch sometimes on the webcam and see them petting and being so kind. I have really been pleased. Alyssa has been amazing. My dog goes almost every day. He loves it
We visited Dogtopia during our "snowbird" month in Ft. Lauderdale from Connecticut. The staff was very friendly and accommodated all our needs. Our dog, Bailey loved going and she came back very happy and tired from a great day. I love the flexibility of the scheduling and the personal feeling everyone gives you there. I hope to visit Florida every year and plan to bring Bailey back to Dogtopia when we do. I would highly recommend it for your furry friend.
