Kelly and Nadine were Wonderful, explained everything and gave us a tour! Facility is very clean and organized. Rosy already made a friend at daycare. The pups all seem calm and enjoy being together, playing and making friends. We think our puppy Rosy will have a nice balance coming here a few times a week. Looking forward to some of the training group classes with little Rosy. The cameras are a plus too!!!

You took away the unlimited spa. Each time we bring our dogs to Dogtopia, there seems to be an issue. This last time, we called before we came to pick them up and were told that they were ready. When we showed up, the person at the front said she lied and they actually weren’t ready. The amount of money does not match the service being provided. The amount of money did match the service for the unlimited pricing, but not any more now that unlimited has been taken away. You are charging premium prices but not providing premium services. The staff always seems to not know what’s going on regardless of who is working or who is answering the phones
The runners do an amazing job with the polls each week.
The staff treats each dog with love and kindness! Our lab can’t wait to see all of his canine and human friends every week. We are so happy with the care at Dogtopia!!
My dog is happy there and always finds a dog to play with.

While grooming they found out my pup had a bacterial infection. They pointed it out to me as soon as I got her back so I could promptly take her to the vet to have it taken care of.

The staff take care of our dogs, whether it’s a half day once a week or 5 days a week all day. It’s highly important that we, parents don’t worry while we’re at work.
Activities add stimulation to the dog’s day.
My Chewy has been a half day once a week for five years. I have watched her with staff members and she loves them all. They filled a space that Chewy would have had, doggie friends, are important

My dog did great at his grooming. I was greeted and all of the employees were friendly. It was also very clean. They answered my questions. When I picked up my dog, I was handed a card. When I opened it up, it was a thank you note from the manager. Highly recommend!
The staff there are VERY friendly and helpful. I rated it a '7' because I feel $54 for daycare is a bit on the high side. Also, it would be nice if they were open later, sometimes our flights home don't get in until after 7pm.
I pay over $300 per month for my 2 dogs to attend daycare. I’ve been a customer since the Gardenhome location opened. My monthly renewal is set for the 6th. For the past 3 years, if I brought my dogs in on the 5th they honored my subscription price and deducted it from the new month. To be clear my subscription is 4 full days per month each. I never bring them more than 4 times.
This month, I brought them in the 4th and without any communication they charged me an extra $78 for a full day for both dogs. Tomorrow my $318 gets charged for the 4 days each. I called to change my renewal date to the 1st so that it captures the 4 visits per month included and was told I’ll have to call back in March.
I’m very frustrated at this bad customer service. I understand if the new manager is going to start enforcing rules in a stricter way, but based upon my longevity, I’d think it’s appropriate to get informed before charging me an extra $80 that I haven’t budgeted for.
How happy my dog was to be there and how well taken care of he was
My puppy loves every moment he gets at Dogtopia. He plays non-stop and comes home wonderfully tuckered out. They have done a great job teaching him the ropes. It’s evident how much everyone there cares about each and every dog that comes through the door.

With no hesitation their friendly staff went out of their way on our rescue dog that was badly needed of a grooming. No questions asked they took on the challenge of his grooming and made him into a new dog. We including him ,of course, say thank you. Highly recommended. Customers for life!!!!!

Very caring staff, always enthusiastic when I drop my little girl off and she was timid at first but they gave her time to get comfortable and didn’t rush her! The daycare service is very helpful when working 5 days a week and the webcams so I can “spy” on my pup during the day!

Love y’all! My pups love the staff and they always come home ready to nap!
