My dog Zelanie LOVES this place and I love that they give her so much love and care when she’s with them! 100/10 absolutely!

The check-in process needs to be improved. I specifically told two workers certain information that applied to each of my pets, and neither wrote down nor made it seem like they understood and would handle it. They overfed my dogs as well, and I had received a phone call saying they are out of food. I even provided additional, just in case, but it was 3 days early before they ran out, so again, it goes back to the notes for each dog. I wish there were a messaging system that we could send a message to the person taking care of our pets, along with pictures they take of our pets, to see how they are doing. I saw on camera a worker taking pictures of dogs, but where do those photos go?
Customer service is amazing and it’s like they are honestly genuine!!! I’m pleasantly surprised by this group and would refer anyone to them.
The employees know my dog and I know she'll be in good hands when I drop her off there.
Daisy came in for a bath and brush out. When I came to pick her up she was still damp and it did not look like she was brushed very well or at all. She’s a doodle. You can tell when they’re brushed her coat will be very fluffy. This was not the case.
The staff is amazing! Each person is an integral part of a friend and capable team. This place is way more than doggy-daycare. My puppy is immersed in a clean, fun experience with other dogs and supervised so no bullying or other shenanigans are taking place. I love that the staff works with my puppy to familiarize him with the leash too. This is a fantastic business, run by friendly professionals that have earned my trust with my furry family per.
My dog absolutely loves coming to her daycare center every day. The team at Dogtopia Halcyon is absolutely wonderful and I feel confident every time I drop my girl off that she is being well cared for. I frequently utilize their boarding services and grooming services and have had nothing but positive experiences. I appreciate the photos, report cards, and frequent updates received from the staff members when my dog is at daycare or boarding.
When I picked up my young dog after 4 nights of boarding, I was told everything during her stay went well. When I got home she was very lethargic and would not eat. I ended up taking her to the VET where she was then admitted to their ICU. They asked me why she was not brought in earlier as her condition is one that takes several days to worsen. She almost died. She is still in the ICU (2 days now) and is slowly recovering, but this is costing me more than $10K in her medical bills.
I wish the staff was a little more observant. She is just a very energetic puppy and when a puppy is listless, it is an obvious sign the puppy is not well.
Awesome staff. I like the activities they have to make my dog’s day care stay enjoyable.

The amount of interaction time with other dog friends is a huge benefit for my dog while he is staying there!
Give me a boarding report card of how well or not so well my dog did while in your care. If he ate etc. I was told about it but I received nothing in writing. Not a huge deal but it would be nice.
All the staff are very friendly and know who we are along with our furry family! They do have cameras to watch and keep an eye on them and both our dogs seem to be having fun and playing with their fur friends! When they get home they are happy to see us and are ready to crash from a long days play or even boarding!

WE COULD NOT HAVE DONNER WITHOUT DOGTOPIA. Due to the pressures of this world, we have to work long hours outside of the home, and we feel that Donner has a second home at Dogtopia. WE feel safe dropping him off there. He walks right in everyday. the staff treat him with love and care. We are so grateful to Savannah and her crew, and Paul - the media expert who posts the best photos and videos of the dogs! Thank you!!
Air conditioning during the hot summer days helps my dogs relax. Like humans, they don't like hot, humid afternoons outside.
Thoroughly professional service for my dog. He is always well cared for and safe at Dogtopia.
All of the staff that I interacted with were extremely nice and helpful! It is a small thing that means a lot when Caleb or DeeDee comes out and meets you at the door to take your dog in the morning. Not only that, but says "hello" like you are old friends (which we are by now) and takes care of your dog like it's their own.
I have been to other kennels, boarding services, vets, etc. Dogtopia has the best staff you could ask for! I'll be a customer for life!

We love the people behind the services! They are so friendly, conscience, love our furry kids and take the best care of them. They are attentive to matters and professional. We love all the creative projects and pictures they do with our kids! The webcams and App are great. We love knowing our boy is in good hands and he loves his friends and the staff so much!
